  • Al-Balkhi noted that humans experience psychological distress more frequently than physical ailments, emphasizing the risks of neglecting these concerns. Inspired by Quranic teachings that advocate seeking cures, he emphasized the importance of using a range of tools, from prayers to tangible therapies, to effectively address psychological distress.
Shaykh Tariq Musleh encourages viewers to prioritize their mental and emotional health by seeking both spiritual and practical solutions from the invaluable resources available to them.

JazakAllah hu Khairun for this beneficial knowledge. It would be even better if you could translate into English the entire verse that was shared in Arabic (@2:05) as well as provide the Qur'anic reference for further study. Thank you.

With all due respect, i didn’t understand how Prophet Yaqub did not succumb to his grief when he in fact became blind from weeping?

I understand where you are coming from. He definitely went blind due to the grief he was experiencing and experienced until his son was returned to him. However his grief did not not outweigh his trust in Allah. Having beautiful patience does not mean we cannot express emotion or feel sad. Rather, it gives us space to feel our pain or any emotion while also trusting that Allah's plan is greater and His wisdom is unmatched. He cried and cried but he trusted in the greater plan of Allah and the the Qadr of Allah.

You can also just say they killed I tried to kill their brother so that their father can look at them with the same love of their brother
So the owner of the universe took the eyes they were fighting for teaching you that evil is not going to get you what you want because I don't know the universe will not the outwitted. Be careful of jealousy if you want something and you do evil you're going to end up not getting it anyway so I don't fall for the devil's trick
