DIY 10S3P Battery Tray in Tinkercad - Customizable and 3D Printable!

  • I created this video to teach you, step by step, how to design your own battery tray for 18650 battery pack builds using the free tool, www.tinkercad.... Simply create an account and follow along with the video.
    In this demonstration, I use a 10S3P configuration, but you can easily customize it for any battery setup, including 21700 cells. Just adjust the tray dimensions to 23mm and the hole diameter to 21.45mm.
    As a bonus, I also show how to create 18650 battery cells in Tinkercad and demonstrate how they will look when installed.
    Once your 3D model is complete, download the file, import it into your 3D printer’s slicer program, and print your own battery tray. I recommend using ABS or ASA filament for the best results.
