Chrony Chronograph

I now have a Chronograph. This model is the Chrony F-1. Measuring projectile velocities between 30-7000fps.
It can be used with rifles, pistols, shotguns, air guns, bows, crossbows as well as airsoft guns.

Wait until the sun is mid sky. The sensors need a strong source of light. I had similar problems. Have fun with the Chrony, you get loads of interesting information from them.

Yeah supposedly if it's dim it might work better with the lid off but I just used it as default.

Weaponsandstuff93 The hood is basically a given boundary, its not really necessary. Does it have an indicator on the front that indicates when it has adequate light possibly?

Not really, just a indicator saying it's working and ready for you to shoot.

Your lead weighted bolts vs standard would be a great comparison mate

Yeah need to make sure the lead bolts don't have any movement in them first.

Nice one mate, i would be interested seeing the crossbows, especially in ft/lb if thats possible?

I'm sure if I weigh the bolt I can calculate ft/lbs using the speed and weight together.
