    Ever since discovering AURORA I started to accept and lean into my neurodiversity more and it’s made me soooo much more happy and relaxed. People have told me I’ve gotten weird but it’s a compliment really. I get to unmask, be me. It’s so freeing.

    Aurora is so mentally healthy. It's honesty beautiful to hear her speak because I'd love to be in that place of mind.
    She's really bringing tears to my eyes, noticing how much we are showing pain to eachother, making a society of pain, rather than focusing on a deep level of love beyond what makes us treat eachother so poorly.
    Imagining how we can embrace love for eachother in the world and how it could bring peace, environment, and meaning like we were built to experience as a species.

      That she says she's neurodivergent doesn't mean she's been diagnosed with adhd. That's your interpretation and it can be extremely offensive to label people with a diagnosis they don't have.

    I know why Aurora is here on the earth. She's our messenger, and everyone should listen.
    I love this new album because the main theme and also other attached themes, have been lessons in my life that have taken me an average of 28 years to complete. Mainly to trust my heart, not solely logical facts. I love using my head and my mind, but I don't feel motivated if I can't put my heart in it.
    To let go of petty things like beauty or what other people think, trust my gut, and see the little things in life and appreciate them deeply.
    Appreciate what you got and to not mirror yourself to others. To feel empowered by your own being. I'm gonna stop now

    This touched my heart so deeply. I feel such resonance with this creature/artist/empath. I ask myself similar questions. I am too heartbroken from the state of things. We can only create what we can imagine so we have to get inspired and be creative to create a better world for us all to enjoy and live in whole heartedly! Aurora gives me hope because I’m not alone in this human conundrum ❤️

      Norway is up there with the highest standard of living in the world. If you grow up in that environment in a stable family and then suddenly have fame and money you are easily going to be very removed from reality. Aurora makes many wonderful statements about life and living but for most all her life seems like a dream. Norway has been the perfect socialist country but that system can't and doesn't work everywhere.

    20:10 I like what she said her, she is right. for me it seems like the world is in constant change but minimizing changes. I like to think a lot about the nature of things, even the artificial ones and how we put decisions in our creations. for example when brands minimize their design to look more appealing, and with time they minimize and minimize until they reach a symbol you can distinguish but just because you know their past revolutions. We do distinguish the world, but we know it has changed a lot .. to worse or better? we do not know. but this world is minimizing, we are all are getting closer to each other, we can use a universal language and joke about memes that we all from different countries and different cultures can understand and find funny. such an impressive world if you think about, it's beautiful everything is put out there just for you to think about and know life and nothing else, but it is really painful when you can't distinguish what's natural and what's not, after all nature is not our creation, even our hearts are not our creation... I don't know where i'm going with this hahaa but i can understand her points very well

    10:23
    everyone is talking about her jokes and how amazing she is, which is of course, she has an amazing personality obviously.., but I feel like she grew a lot last years, and its not only because of maturity, i see suffering on her face.. a LOT of suffering and heartache, even being bored about all this fuss around her and being famous...she's tired, I even dare to say exhausted..
    And the fact her place is not as much as a cosy home as it should be because of the touring... without even an oven to heat her meals... I hope she does as much self-care as much she cares about everyone and the world, and that she cares a bit less of people getting from her what they want and she does more of what she needs and gets more than the double love back, to say the least, as she gives... Dear Aurora...Give yourself more than what you need lovely human being, you deserve more than time - to heal and upload- for yourself too

      I think she is referring to her lover killed in the Utoya massacre. She wrote the song Little Boy In The Grass about it. Although she would only have been 15 or 16 at the time. She has had her share of sorrow, the song Why Did You Have To Go is about a high school friend killed in a car accident, truly a heartbreaking song.

    Think more with heart? Why is the heart often associated only with good things? Emotions like hate, greed, jealousy, insecurities, and wounded pride also arise from the heart. The source of greed isn't the mind; it's the heart. The mind tempers these impulses, keeping irrational and destructive tendencies in check, and serves as a tool to achieve goals. But those goals-whether good or bad-stem from the heart.
    Today, the world is more peaceful than ever in history, thanks to the mind's focus on rationality and long-term progress. While not perfect, this rational approach has brought improvement. The heart fosters connection and creativity, but it won't protect you from the cunning of a psychopath-that's the role of the mind.

    • @clodieclod
      @clodieclod 6 місяців тому +1

      Change is only good if you're 100% certain it leads into Utopia. Another thing is that if you're 100% certain about something you often times end up being wrong. No rushed actions lead to positive change ever. Instead it's all about understanding oneself fully (which implies healing oneself as well), so the micro level, then same thing for the macro level. Only then the whole picture gets higher resolution and the things you try to change in the world actually change it for the better, over the long term, for everyone, which is what truly matters.

    • @clodieclod
      @clodieclod 6 місяців тому

      I meant this moreso for the more subtle aspects of change and how that translates to both the long term and the macro level.
      But for things which are painfully obvious (there is clarity that something like say, genocide or extremist far right governments, is fully wrong and simply does not belong in this day and age), spreading awareness isn't actual change, it's more like jerking off in an echo chamber while whoever runs the show up top (due to greed, addiction to power, psychopathy etc.) keeps doing whatever they are doing because they really don't care about what people think anyway.

    • @clodieclod
      @clodieclod 6 місяців тому

      Another common phenomenon is that people, especially far x,y or z extremists, are sometimes incapable of introspection. That plus the brain's tendency to have an ego equals activism which stems from a wounded place and is incorrect, in time it just destabilizes and deteriorates society instead of building it up or improving it.
      This has very little to do with Aurora as she's very much an outlier when it comes to spreading positive messages to a wider audience which results in a net sum positive.
      ...If I had a cup of coffee for every cup of coffee rant, I'd have a perpetuum mobile coffee machine, lol....

      @@clodieclod I would ask anyone who wants to live in a kinder, fairer and more equal world to investigate how these industries operate and to observe, as objectively as they can, the levels of discrimination that lead to abject cruelty many good people pay for every day without realising it. i think she has a lot of emotional stuff caring around.
      her lover died, maybe she talks about her first lover she lost during the Otoya massacre, maybe she lost again another one... she says they talk also before the podcast. so maybe she asked to just have a conversation less than an interview cause she feels tired. she is always so positive, but in this interview she gives signs of being frustrated, angry with the apathy of the world, the superficiality, that touring is exhausting and that at home she can't even make her a warm meal.. i mean, it sounds very hard to me. maybe even to much... she signs 5000 times on an evening, pfoe,, im glad i dont have to do that... and having to be as happy as the fans are, as if she sees a human being for the first time. after the 5000 person you are tired of people, i can tell, i work as a cashier. its hard to look happy and positive all the time. and its great work at the same time, but time off is needed! silence is needed. i cant handle to much noise too, so music is only when i have the energy for sound... when i dont its because i've done too much, and here Aurora sounds like she is overwhelmed and needs to have alone-time

    How to talk about capitalism without mentioning it. Actual Zeitgeist these days is to talk about emotions all the time instead of facts. Also very fashionable is pretentious victimhood that can be capitalized. This actually helps no one but the people who cause the problems. They have actual addresses, feelings have not. Quite ridicilous that this is supposed to be progressive these days. Obviously Aurora is still quite emersed by this woke (fake-left) media charade but nevertheless she is still one of the best. At least she doesn't preach.
