This is one of many ways for folks to begin to understand the most improbable and misunderstood band on the planet today. While their personalities are without doubt exaggerated when they are on and that's most of the time, everything you see and hear accurately reflects who each are. The talent level is off the charts, These girls are flat out ROCK STARS. SHRED ON LADIES... Oh by the way- JIMMY PAGE OF (LED ZEPPELIN) loves BAND-MAID, enough said....
The picture of Jimmy Page and Akane is my screen saver. After watching the concert in Tokyo in 2016 at a rock music festival Jimmy's people went backstage and told Band-Maid staff that Mr Page wanted a word with Akane. Akane thought she was being pranked. She soon found out that she was not. They talked in private and were photographed together. Later l read on the Tokyo homepage website Akane related "Mr Jimmy Page-san offered me much words of encouragement and l promised him l would do my very best to live up to his kind words." That's the sum of it.
