I actually got my eyebrow ring in the same way when I was 20-21 and I even switched it up to the straight bar ring bc the ring style was always getting infected and I eventually just took it out and didn't ever put it back in like after I broke up with my GF I had at the time. And the JOBS I had at the time working in restaurants said it wasn't compliant with their restaurant policies and I had to remove it and I could put it back in after my shift and I was "MAN F**K THIS" and I took it out and I never put it back in 🚫 so I know Aaron Lewis will NEVER put his eyebrow ring back in. He's 52 yrs old now and he's def gotten his sleeve tattoos everywhere on his body and neck and the eyebrow ring will be a "thing of the past to him" like it was for me
@Alpha Centauri break the cycle was their best album all around...had heavy songs like can’t believe and slow ones like epiphany...then just good ones like take it and break and fade...then of course outside and it’s been a while
@Alpha Centauri I hear ya...just for that album it was...dysfunction is great no doubt...when I want to listen to heavy shit I’ve got a 30 song playlist of pantera lol...4 walls is good too
Aaron you are a music God and the music today could never hold a candle to what you have done and continue to do 💙 Thank You for getting us all through the hard times in are lives and through Covid now.
I LOVE this song. I literally don't think there's a single Staind song I don't love... But Mudshovel and Excess Baggage (Hidden Track) are top 2 of my favorites. Because I relate to them SO much I feel like they were ripped out of my own Soul. ❤
@@lonerunner89 Music is subjective. In my opinion Dysfunction is their best album, and everything after BTC is barely listenable. It has nothing to do with loving metal or not.
@@sugarsore It's subjective for sure. Dysfuntion was a great record for its time early on in their maturation as a band. Aaron Lewis has always been a great song writer. If I can relate to the lyrics then I generally love the music I'm listening to. Staind has always had heavy music as well as ballad music. I'll dip in either pond and walk away happy.
The first Staind track I ever heard was the live version of 'Mudshovel' on The Family Values Tour 1999 CD. The pink case with the bubblegum inside. 21 years ago. Wow this gave me some flashbacks! The late 90s were awesome/embarrassing. Dew, jnco, raprock, xtreme sports, highschool movies about drinking/losing virginity/getting stabbed/all of the above, nu metal bands that featured at least 1 dude with braided hair, mutha fckn Static-X.
you are part of my history, your music makes me reflect, it sounds very good. I love you so much! thank you so much for being this amazing band! and thanks for the acoustic Aaron Lewis you are very good a hug from Brazil!
So nice to hear Aaron's signature screams. Hope he kicked the cigarettes for good, because i'm dying to hear Raw, Crawl and Spleen with the best screams only Aaron can do.
I grew up in Boston but have many family members from NH, Rumney is where one of my aunts lives! Live Free Or Die (I miss when that used to be their attitude!)
This is gonna sound krazy...All the years I've been listenin to Staind, Break The Cycle, never listen to this joint til now. I admit I always passed on it simply bekuz the title didn't interest me. Didn't know either it was from 99. When it komes to muzik and I hear new artists, I have a habit of not searchin their history. I just let their muzik kome to me in time. Krazy how life works... Aaron Lewis is one of the dopest writers I've ever heard. Without goin into partikulars, he's written songs that mirror my life. And I'll be got damned if he didnt do it with this one. On the soul of my daughter, this is exaktly what I've gone though with her mother. Now I know why I passed on it all these years...GOD HERE!!!...wasn't time for me to hear it! Love to Aaron Lewis. Love to Staind. 🙏🏿 Asé
I've been feeling your pain and dealing with your insanity for years I know when something's wrong with you but I can't make you bring your walks down you have to be willing to do that on your own I'm still here and will be here for you when you or if you ever want me to be. I stand by your side
I needed this. It's funny how you can have everything go right then the next day is a nightmare. I love Staind happy this was on my notifications today.
Y’all’s crowd sounds so insane. I can’t wait to hear what y’all crank out next! Can’t wait to see y’all live! Give us that heavy shit babbbbyyyy fuck yes. How exciting
I think this song is the best song ever I've been a stained fan from day one and I'm telling you what I still love them yes I do every time someone asks me about something or gives me you know something to think about that I've done in my past that you know I'd rather not bring up I'm like man I'm staying it's no problem hahaha but I don't live in my shame though you know I'm just staying that's all hahaha
Staind always kicking ass and now Mudvayne has officially reunited!!!!!!!! My early 2000’s teenage years are back baby!!!!
Omg same tho
You broke the news to me about Mudvayne reuniting OMFG. I have no idea how I'm getting to Aftershock, but I've gotta find a way. Thank you! \m/
Would make an awesome tour!
@@BassMeister17 Sick I broke the news to you! That’s the way it’s supposed to happen. True fans know!
The last 2.5 Mudvayne albums were dross in my opinion. Honestly, unless they're bringing back their old material, I'll pass.
That bass riff 🔥🎶🤘🏻💛
You guys were there for me through everything and always will be. Rock on until the dawn 👊🏻
Now Aaron needs to start rocking the eyebrow ring again for the reunion, lol
Oh please no 😆
....or just start rocking again......the country thing is cool, but it ain't heavy

lets be honest, this song is one of the best songs ever
If we're bein honest they are 1 of the BEST bands ever! Can't wait to see em again

MUDSHOVEL!!! We love ya'll.
Staind and Mudvayne are coming back, my teenage years are coming back too so my year is officially done. That's great.
Same.. Born in 1988 and this stuff was all I listened to lol
Now we need to praying for CHIMAIRA
The Best band of the World
@Super DJVerse 😆
@Super DJVerse 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Man, it's been a while. I am really glad staind is back.
No pun intended
@@isidrocabrera1384 😆 I came to comment this very same thing.
🤣🤣🤣
His performance at lville louder than life blew this away. His voice was spot on!
Yes. I was there
He performs it in the style of the Tormented version of the song. Wonderful.
Throwing it way back
It's been a rough day and this just redeemed it.
Absolutely!!!!!!
🤘🎸🤘
Couldn't agree more!
Yes! From FL

God damn I’m ready for a new album.
I thought this was a new album, then I opened it up!
Every album after Break the Cycle sucked in my opinion.
@@sugarsore Self titled Staind (2011) was their best record besides break the cycle. If you love metal, there's nothing not to like about that record

A piece of my soundtrack.... 🤘🏼I never thought would be part of me...
First song that made me fall in love with Staind🤘
Nice. We need live music. Nice to see Staind back together jammin
Need another Staind and Godsmack tour

Aarons cigarettes give him power
I doubt he'll ever stop smoking. Also his screams will NEVER be like they were at the beginning of his career.
I saw Staind last Sunday, and Aaron went through a fair number of cigarettes. I thought his voice sounded great though
I used to wait by the radio to tape this song, and many others... Sick!
Yea man!!! 🤘🏼🙂
I remember having several tapes id record to play in my car
I’m ready for 2022 when they make a new album (as I’ve heard)
Omg I heard this too and I am so excited! I hope it's real.

I'm SO happy that Staind is getting back together. I LOVE Aaron Lewis with Staind. I don't love the Country thing.
Heavy as he was when this album dropped.
