I watched the first two episodes last night. I was so hooked, I wanted to binge it. But we all have responsibilities. But the moment, my daughter and wife go to bed, I will watch as many episodes as I can. This show seems to be amazing. And what I think makes the female lead so strong is, that her being female is secondary. Nichols is an amazing character first, a woman later. As it should be.
I'm so glad you checked this out! You're absolutely right. Her being a female is almost irrelevant in the best of ways, plus Rebecca Ferguson is just one incredible actor!
Such an amazing show. I watched for Rebecca (and she delivered and more) but the show was so amazing I’d get excited every Friday waiting to get home and watch it. The scenes with her dad killed me 😢
Seeing her in it drew me in too! Not that I doubt her but I was still amazed by her performance here. 😮 Aw don't. 😔 They were so great, a relationship that had so many layers to it.
I did mention it 😮 can't miss him out! Honestly, I can't praise it more. It's alround fantastic and I did forget to highlight the pace. Anytime the credits roll I couldn't beleive I'd finished another one.
@@GubtodiReviews Oops,missed that Anyhoo - have now watched Ep1, and inclined to agree: it's kinda gripping, a solid opening episode with believable characters, and a plot that just leaves me wanting to know more
