SeeStar Round Up - July 2024 - Featuring

We love the SeeStar and we want to be able to share that will all of the folks out there that love it too! So we decided to make a club: the SeeStar Round Up. Every month we are selecting a single target for everyone to go out and collect data on, then we are going to share it with @AbdurAstro and he will process it and show us what he's done. Once complete, you can process the same data that ‪@AbdurAstro‬ did and see how you can do!

Great idea! Do you want images taken with or without the LP filter? The original email from AllStar asked for one hour of data. If we have more do you want it, or should we upload just one hour's worth?

I would use your judgement for that area you are taking your photos. If you find you need the LP filter to give you a decent set of images then go ahead. We would like roughly one hour just so we don't end up with way too much data, but if you submit a little more we wont be upset.

Is this project only available for people with Windows OS?

It is available to everyone, you can zip your files on Mac or linux as well and post them to the upload box. We just didn't provide instructions for those platforms, we will be sure to add that for the next month so there is no confusion.
