Thank you. I have never heard of purple carrot. I have decided starting today that I am going to decrease meat and allow myself fish and eggs, but I have breakfast and lunch figured out but wasn't sure about supper so this is perfect - I don't mind having completely veggie meals as long as they are tasty. Anyway, I just ordered from Purple Carrot - thanks for the $20 savings. I have lupus as well and am hoping this will help. Thanks again. Also, I bought one of your shirts a couple of weeks ago and loved the material so much (and of course the design) that I had to order another one - I love it too. I'm sure I will order more in the future.

I have not tried meal kits but I have a Misfits subscription. It's all organic. I like trying new things that I usually wouldn't buy. It's super convenient having things delivered to my door step so I can cut down on my exposures. Your dishes look really good. I think I will do a veggie roast tonight.
I have never heard of Misfits but looks similar to Imperfect Foods. I try to avoid stepping outside of the house as much as I can right now as well.

Hi! I am doing both Purple Carrot and Green Chef. So far I like Green Chef better. It seems to have clearer instructions and the servings seem larger some how. It also seems more creative in flavors. I have to admit though it also seems to use Green beans an awful lot!
