I just put another vid up today I had a lose wheel nut an pillow ball retainer so m2c lugs an retainer kit plus 2sets of brace ends for the 2 lower… got myself a new ramp coming this week Tuesday hopefully so BIG SENDS coming soon
So happy you are liking this RC. I was just running my OG EXB roller today and jumping it into an empty corn field. I love these Arrma 5th scales. So much so that I turned my XRT into a speed run vehicle. That's about all it's good for. It can't touch the reliability of my Arrmas. Happy bashing!
@RC4us The first of many 😅. The M2C driveshafts are worth the investment. I haven't bent one since I switched mine over. I have broken the pins in the M2C driveshafts, though. Mostly my fault for accidentally landing on throttle. Also, if you put on the M2C chassis brace ends, only put them on the inside. Leave the outside ends plastic. You won't bend braces because you have a weak spot and the outer ends are way easier to get to.
I was convinced on an xmaxx, but after seeing this thing from a few people I'm convinced. I've seen some gnarly wrecks that it just shrugged off... at 30 freakin pounds. Both are 1k, but the xmaxx seems more like a premium rc truck, where this seems overbuilt in every area like a damn toyota. Crazy vehicle.
I will just say that rich and all the other UA-camrs are sponsored by m2c and arrma they are all favouring those companies as they receive free goodies from them to do up there rigs ….the arrma rigs are good and the x maxx and maxx are good the rest of Traxxas sucks …so you will always get a bias opinion from bars and the rest ……Kevin talbot buys all his arrma and traxxas and other rc and he will give a poor opinion on them if they fail he will also say what areas to add m2c or when to keep the truck standard he bashes hard …lands on concrete where the others jump far and land on soft grass or sand piles ….don’t be sucked into the big UA-camrs there just there to make you pay more out your pay check when in reality it’s not needed

@@rctd3260 idk how far I will go with this I honestly think I’m now just gonna upgrade as it breaks… I bought those brace ends to go with the CF tubes the ends are for the lower 2 braces an I got that servo axle it was cheap I also got the wheel lugs 1st run an had 1 come lose an a pillow ball retainer came lose so m2c now between you an me I got a few other m2c parts I lucked out on but not using them until I have to…

Were you able to update the esc. My updates have failed and I have not been able to find the file to perform the update. Hope you had better luck Also did your come with the wheel arches/mud flaps?
So no when I plugged my program box into this esc it says update needed but I’ve went no farther with that I just used the set button an that worked for what I was doing… an no those guards are extra they was like 13$ I got mine from amazon
For a person Who is planning to purchase between New Outcast 8s v2, New v2 Arrma K8s,XRT and Xmaxx. Which one would you recommend? Considering durability and fun factor?
Tough question for me as I do not like how TRAXXAS does business they are the worst when it comes to customer service I here the xmaxx is a great basher it’s just not as fast or stable as a ARRMA they all break that is a fact for me ARRMA all the way now why I picked the outcast I wanted more of a stunt truck the shorter wheelbase makes stunts even easier that KRATON is a straight killer tho I would welcome either ARRMA an if you ask a TRAXXAS guy he’s gonna say TRAXXAS all day… it’s your money an your smile brother no wrong or right
I don’t recommend trying to use reverse somehow to do front flips. Hitting the brakes hard should give enough torque to front flip it. You might could increase your brake strength to improve your front flips. Trying to go from forward, to brake, then let off the trigger, and then reverse while you’re airborne, especially only for like 1.5 seconds, you’re just asking to goof up and land with power on, in the opposite direction you’re traveling. A sure recipe to break axles and strip diffs.
Yeah but on a small wooden ramp you need the extra it's not like I'm jamming it in reverse just giving myself a bit more control when needed and when I use the fres park doing double frontiers or backflips to front flips it's needed idk how long I'm in the air never timed that but I don't use the wooden ramp anymore just the FP and KCrc ramps so I have a lot better condition Thanks for watching and commenting I really appreciate it
Hey listen, man, i dont extreme bash any of my RC's, not Promoto MX, not even my Mojave. I run them offroad only and perform realistic jumps, no 10 or 20 feet in air shit. I like to preserve my RCs so they perform and look good. Ain't no shame in not wanting to destroy a 1000.00 RC. I pick mine tomorrow 😉
