yeah idk of anymore upgrades even available for the 4s line thats why i got with tyson at GLRC to design that new esc tray and that servo riser kit,,, he sells it as just a riser or a kit with servo saver

Sweet, if I knew, I would have got one with my jump challenge winnings. I got some of the straps though and I need to make an order of the whole ton more haha and I think I'll get one with the servo saver. 👍😀

@@deeztrucks0505 I have the hole kit coming for my outcast he wanted me to show the hole kit now that I've made the riser video but the saver I used in my video is the one that comes with the hole kit and a new receiver box and all....

im sure it would the big issue is the tall grass and full trigger lol

it is just such a great running truck this video does have the servo saver mod but my end links were wasted i mean awful... but i have all new ones now with KA_racing development metal balls in it and the steering is better then any rc besides my sledge with the vitavon bell crank...

@@RC4us in a big fan of the Kagama I fit a Max 6 G2 combo 1650, 40 kg servo. Got every single 7075 part from Ali express ADU, way cheaper then M2C, no problems.

@@jagergerg9771 I have some adu parts on my fireteam I don't really have a complaint but theirs a reason they are cheaper then m2c mostly it's the quality of 7075 they use bs the certified 7075 that m2c uses.... in China they don't care about that and theirs many grades of 7075 m2c only uses the best and have the certification to prove it that's 1 big difference another is the labor laws here vs China owned companies.... I buy adu if m2c doesn't make it but my kagam has m2c CF towers and 7075 suspension block kit and some garage life rc parts wing mount and battery tray

so ive got 3 4s v2.5 and all 3 servo are still working great but this riser and servo saver is a must....

so the kraton 4s has a xlwb chassis and like many do witg the kraton 6s adding a mojave 6s chassis to make it a kraton 6s xl... i done the same with the 4s line and used the mojave 4s XXLwb chassis to make the 4s kraton even longer so we are calling it a KRATON 4s XXL

i have a hobbywing max8 with a 4268 2500kv motor.... i tried using my stock 6s heat sink on this but its to long and the motor wires are in the road i gotta figure something else out....

@@douglasrank5390 I really love this build out of all my cars... make sure to check out my garage life rc upgrade video some stuff I've done after the build like a proper esc tray and a steering mod we ended up designing afterwards the steering mod to me is as important as the 6s hinge pin mod

@@AnthraxxRc working on getting the other upgrades on now including the xlx2 and a 1717 I've not really done a bunch with the shocks "yet" cause I knew once I installed that and the rest of the parts it's gonna get even heavier

@@RC4us oh yeah that 1717 is gonna weigh it down and imo I would go with the roto lok mount you’ll get the clearance you need and it’ll hold the motor better than the stock mount I haven’t ran the felion since I put the scorched mount in but boy she’s pretty and so much clearance way better airflow imo

@@AnthraxxRc im using M2C ultimate foundation motor mount with the speedcake center diff cover check out some of the videos ive already posted theirs a good couple grand in parts by the time you add lipos, CF, 7075, and titanium ... its a extreme build for sure

so the fireteam is a kraton xl... when you build the xl you buy the firetem/bigrock/mojave 6s chassis and rear center driveshaft and tower 2 tower brace the bumpers and body of the fireteam and bigrock are way heavier but the same arms and stuff they do all handle very similar on the ground its in the air the heavier body make it less able to stunt

@@nateharvey222 450 is allot for any of us but if you buy a 4s make sure you do the 6s hinge pin mod and I'd recommend the new steering mod and then these are about perfect

@@frederickgrassie3383 hello from OHIO.... I would just buy that hole kit from garage life rc because you get the riser, the servo saver (that I use), and the receiver box... I really like the power hd 23kg servo rocks it's my go to for my budget but if money isn't a problem definitely check out HITEC the db961wp is the best servo on the market over 760oz torque I have everything linked in this description

@@summy4998 absolutely it's the only one I have that I don't have them on but they are the same hubs on all the 4s cars... the new steering mod from garagelife rc works too

@@StraitJacketRC I mean the main difference between a KRATON and outcast is the chassis tires and body so it's the same parts needed for it either way but I would still recommend swapping it over to 6s hinge pins.... and check out the new parts I been working with garage life rc a killer esc mount to fit any esc on the market(it doesn't work in the outcast chassis but if you swap it to a xxl) and we found a killer fix for that awful sloppy steering we to inspiration from that lmt servo saver mod

@@RC4us bro 😆I’m hip to the hinge pin mod 👊🏼 I did it last time and I’ll do it again next chassis 👍 I wasn’t sure if I was going to care much for this thing but it was fun, I can work it into the arsenal 😜 Ya I get it, most parts are the same on the Kraton and Outcast but back when I made my 6s Outcast XL and I called it that everyone laughed at me. They said it’s not an Outcast. Now look who’s laughing everyone has the same build, down to the same exact body 😂 and they call it an Outcast XL now 🤦🏼‍♂️ The Outcast wing, wheelie bar, front bumper and a notorious body trimmed to fit, that’s what I’m curious if anyone has done before. 🤔

@@StraitJacketRC yeah I've seen a few people do that with these but idk what they call it my xxl doesn't have a 4s body or wing on it so maybe I shouldn't call it that lol but I basically done the 6s KRATON xl build with the Mojave chassis just with the 4s cars Glad you are now enjoying it I remember you was very skeptical of it in the beginning... my 4s cars are my favorite of my fleet

@@frederickgrassie3383 so as of now I still run the inner ones on the diff side on both my outcast and kraton I recently talked to him and he showed me some pictures of the new ones and said he will send them out, but I've not seen them yet

@@RC4us I contacted him, he has the steel wheel axle, and aluminum diff hubs instock. I can't figure out his money but I think complete set is $120.00 delivered by DHL.

@@barbedwirerat661 yeah like most but this also has the parallel mode which it is awesome also I must add I've never had a ac charger that worked this fast from 3.5v I can charge a 8200mah li-hv to fill in about 35 minutes and even the discharge is faster then anything I've used What dc power supply do u use I'm interested in one

@@RC4us I have a Hitec ePowerbox 30 amp. The Hitec branded version is discontinued but it appears to be available under the SkyRC eFuel brand. Output voltage can be adjusted between 12-18V. If your charger can handle 18V input then this power supply will provide 540 W. Motion RC has the eFuel 30 for under $100 so I think it is a pretty good value..and it is red LOL. There is also a bigger 50 amp version that goes up to 1200 W, but output voltage is variable between 15-30V so to get that extra power out of it your charger needs to be able to accept the higher voltage range...which actually looks like the RDX2 800 would be compatible with. However, it is $250. I suppose it you were planning on getting a pair of RDX2 800s so you could simultaneously charge four high capacity 4S or 6S batteries at the same time at the full 1C amp setting then the 1200W would make sense. Thought that kind of a setup might be more applicable to someone that is primarily a 1/5 scale guy.

Yes it is after I done the spur lockers I got these they are so nice I honestly can't believe how tight everything is now with the servo saver mod in place all new rod ends and balls... now in this video I don't have the new rod ends and balls installed the ones you see are a cheap knock off and very worn rod ends

i think you should turn your esc around have your sensor wire faced to the motor and it works perfectly ive had a max8 in my og v2 kraton 4s and had no issue. where the esc sits in the chassis and the receiver box is exactly the same in the kraton and mojave both the difference is in front of the receiver box i have all 3 4s cars and during design and original testing we've put these in all of them you wont have a issue also have you seen my video of the esc mounting tray its trick and can install any esc

@@RC4us I’ve seen the install video, and it works great on the longer Mojave chassis. With the center diff on the Kraton, the housing pushes the motor back nearly touching the mounting plate. The sensor wire cannot face the motor, there is no clearance

happy that works for you... but that spring style servo is just weak and isnt very good it was never intended for this powerful of a application i think because you have done that upgrade and noticed a difference your assuming its working good my original fix was with super glue and that worked as good as the kimbrough saver... and until i did this i didnt realize just how bad it still was compared to now using a LMT saver or the RBX10 saver isnt even the same world as those kimbrough and stock style savers... i think if you tried it then you would see. HUGE difference as ive tried EVERY way ive ever seen this blows it away

@@frederickgrassie3383 so theirs not many parts on vitavon website for the 4s line and they only list them as KRATON 4s but what I see as part # on his website is blx003, blx4s02, blx4s01 that's all 3 have fun buddy and thanks for always watching
