Ingredients:
For the Spaghetti Squash:
1 Spaghetti squash
1 tsp Dried basil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive oil for drizzling
For the Shrimp:
1 lbs. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp Sea Salt
½ tsp black pepper
3 cups fresh baby spinach
Juice of a fresh lemon
Fresh parsley, chopped
Parmesan cheese, shredded

Girl , thank you , thank you , thank you , I love this veggie for many meals, I make mine with ground chicken breast crumble it in the frying pan frying putting a litte brown on it with garlic , or what ever season you like ,I crumble and keep some of it chuncky , but just season well, set to the side , I use two sguash cut them both in 1/2 but a trick is place a littlel water in the pan with the veggie it helps it to steam andcook lttle quicker, pre set oven at 350 bake about 35 to 45 depending on you and whether you want it a lttle crunchy or a lttle more done , after 35 min I always check mine with the fork or knife if they go through with ease , bring them out if not cook 15 mins more Imean some do like it crunchy , let cool , cause these bad boys hold heat , take a fork pull the veggie from the sides , this makes 2 pans for me spread each pan with your veggie, you can season the veg , but the chicken will flavor that , depends on you sprinkle your crruble chicken all on top of both pans , take any tomato sauce of your liking place that over the top , come back with any cheese I like sharp , sprinkle that all over both dishes and to top that come over that with some Mozzarella make sure it is well covered on the top and plenty place both pans back in the oven for just a little till the cheese melts and coats and boy you have a great tasty dish with that seasoned ground chicken I do not care for the ground turkey , but again your choice I hope you enjoy , oh !!! when you cut your Squash in 1/2 clean out the stomach of them get all the seeds and as much of the in sides I do it with a spoon
PLACE YOUR CUT IN 1/2 CLEANDED OUT SQUASH FACE DOWN IN YOUR BAKING PANS AND PUT A LITTLE WATER IN THE PAN , ON MY ABOVE GROUND CRUMBLED CHICKEN BREAST RECEIPE , i FORGOT TO TELL MY LADIES THAT ,

My 9 year old niece is a severe diabetic and she gets so frustrated bc she cant eat what the other kids eat. I did some research and this is the perfect substitute for noodles. Now she can feel more normal. Thank u for the recipe it looks amazing.
