I had this blouse with a closed back in as my elementary school uniform. Doing up the cuffs was a pain but it was my favourite and I've been dreaming about recreating it 😻 thanks for sharing

Hi Olga, that is a good question. I didn’t wear any bra, I wore silicone sticky cups instead :)

To make the back covered just cut two back pieces with the fold instead of those mine four. But make a little opening at the back to put on the blouse easily

In that part I’m putting the lining to bag out the armhole
Lovely blouse, got lost at 1300. No idea how you flipped the fabric, gathered it and all of a sudden its right side out 🤷♀️
I'm confused as to why after you took the measurements you then cut and opened the pattern to make them bigger
To give it volume! When you do it like this, the garment will be ruched and have volume (like sleeves and the front on thia blouse), but will still fit properly.
Its called the "slash and spread method". It helps give volume to the garment while still maintaining its original fit.
