    1400 bucks jeez!
    sometimes the asphalt paving material places will take ACM for free, shingles and asphalt millings and etc
    they just grind it all up and toss it into the kiln, save on oil and aggregate

    I came from Andrew's channel, drove bin truck for 7 years on and off before that. The average load I hauled down the road in 50 yard bins was 13-14 metric tons (14-15 US ton) it wasn't legal no scales here. Tare weight on the LT9500 Sterling tandem with a 50 yard can was 33,000lbs conventional, here in Western Canada our roll off rails the bin slides on the rails not rollers like you guys have. Our reeving cable system is different holds the bin to the rails dragging on a bin. Some days I miss bin truck other days I don't. The most common bin size is 40 yard the 50 yarders I hauled were not common had to watch they get top heavy.

    3:15 The way the Jake Brake works is by converting your kinetic energy to heat and spitting it out through the exhaust and the coolant (rather than converting it into heat in the wheel brakes). It does this by interrupting the compression-ignition cycle just before where it would inject the fuel; dumping the pressure, and its heat, into the exhaust.

      That’s why it’s so loud. It’s basically like a series of pressure relief valves going off in rapid succession. That amount of energy was just about to spontaneously ignite diesel fuel.

    Did you have to pay over a $1,000 to unload all those shingles and brush at the recycling center?

    @JJ-sk1vy Рік тому +2

    I assume whoever rented the dumpster paid more than that?

      Just the hauling fee which is $400 I don’t mark up the garbage cost per ton because it’s gone through the roof in the last six months.
