    This was challenging! My first workout using a pilates ball with ankle weights, and it certainly was "spicy"! I love that Kalyie is focused on creating classes for all individuals to participate in and she takes time to explain why proper alignment and form are important to protect certain body parts. Definitely want to keep coming back to this one to see if my muscle endurance improves.
