Schools are not in business to do anything but provide a service to children. Education: read, write, arithmetic. They do not have rights to the children because they are not in business to interfere with or implement control over, with regards to their lives, in any way. Personal or private. Teaching is all they are in business for and they must stick to that and only that.
It does not interfere with the parent-child relationship is bull…..so if a kid wants to be called Michelle and she/her at school but is known as Michael he/him at home the school has the right to keep that silent that is a big problem is the parent child relationship
