I've been doing all types of fitness from weightlifting, boxing, sports training and marathoning for nearly 7 years. I have never seen anything like this. My first instinct tells me that it's all bullshit and won't build muscle or vo2. If anyone knows what the hell is going on here or can link some studies l would love to do the research myself.
Correct it’s not about building muscle it’s about making you feel your best, you are stimulating and shocking your body in as many ways as possible in the shortest period of time.
This might actually work to build muscle and strength, the problem is that if you’re pushing very hard on something that’s not moving, you’re very likely to pull a muscle or get a hernia because of it

Which is actually kind of misleading Work force directional strength within extremely limited range is different then if Sage God help her went to a regular bench press and try to do a full motion benchpress of 250 pounds Just like some people claim with this machine they can have an increase of over 1850 pounds with the leg press And people are not setting world records with this machine I still I believe OsteoStrong is a great bio hack and I have much respect for Tony, but he is always IN SELLING MODE
"Intensity trumps duration all day long" couldn't be more true! When working out maximally, by its very nature, you can't do it for very long or often. I'd be curious if the equipment provides for all of the requirements of Full Range Exercise which is the most productive way to exercise the human body. Full Range Exercise can only be accomplished on machines that were built around rotational, variable and balanced resistance. It's what the original Nautilus machines were built around. Nothing better.

Why did they send the most unfit kid to try out his Workout routine? Should have sent an intermediate or above... Obviously an unfit kid is going to feel like he's going to die. could have done 50 push up and he'd still be wasted.
