nope; "the supreme art of war is how to subdued your future enemy to fight your current one"
Why did anyone think China offer to buy Russia's oil/gas-etc at a premium during the Beijing Game;
"We'll help offset the financial sanction, Go for Ukraine buddy, we'll politically assist you"
Then nearly all of Beijing media is on Moscow's side and some even were echoing "This battle will be over in days or 2 weeks" ; RT was even saying Zlensky had fled which is ironic when Putin was the one that did when Wagner came close to Moscow"
It was smart for Beijing not to get directly improved in the actual fighting so it will weaken Russia and make it its underlining in the future (as long as it doesn't fall apart)

Why Should the USA Pay a Price for freeing the Shias & Kurds from Chemical Weapons used on them ?
Actually US is the biggest beneficiary. US is selling weapons to Europe/Ukraine . The higher cost of energy in Europe has forced EU companie to ship high paying manufacturing to the US.
Why would Europe "ship high paying manufacturing jobs to the US"? Why not India? they have cheap energy.
@@garypope6382 Because India has a comparatively small high-skilled manufacturing capability. The US remains by far at the head of the pack, despite mid and low-skilled manufacturing being ceded to other countries.
@@garypope6382 Because of domestic Subsidies given by Biden .For example see the inflation reduction act , and the effect on ev industry .
Only short term
US is not selling but providing weapons worth billions of dollars for FREE
“Might means might” …. That’s how the US has operated in the past 70 years against other countries. And “Russia doesn’t pay a high price for its aggression…”… the US has never paid for their aggression starting wars and coups in other countries either (neither has the UK if you want to go back further in history).
Do you not see this as applying a different set of rules to countries outside the US/NATO alliance, not based on fairness.
Also, DO NOT FORGET how WW2 (in Europe) happened, what was Germany forced to do after WW1?? (They were forced to pay reparations for anyone who doesn’t know) and how did that work out?

It's not just China but India has also been purchasing oil from Russia. 30 years ago, neither of these countries were economically viable enough to allow Russia (then USSR) to burn bridges with the west. However, this is no longer true. That's a change in world order right there.
it should be the arms manufacturers that are the big winners.
Then France has already won;all of the world either buys the F-35 or the French Rafale fighter jet.
USA's selling weapons to Ukraine is as beneficiary as China’s buying discounted oil from Russia. So here two sides are gainer
Ukraine is litteraly defending itself, they can have all the weapons they want! Doesn't matter where they come from
Economist also gains from this war, thru the weapon merchant's money to do this video propaganda 😁
Ukraine hasn't the money to buy these weapons. They're given for free to fight a proxy war for USA. Ukrainians pay with their lives.
The US has never claimed to be neutral- just not directly involved. If you compare China to the US then you're conceding that they're exactly like the US- a party with a vested interest in the conflict
Nonsense... The USA is not selling weapons. It's giving free help.
Bro, we already live in a world where might makes right. Why cannot USA be the real winner, who made many big weapon deals during the war time and sold the high price oil to Europe 😀
They want to conceal the truth and let China be the target of condemnation. This video also "kindly" reminds Russia of China's gain and potentially drive a wedge between China and Russia. But who has provoked the conflict? Who has financed and provided continuously weapons?
Pretty sure the weapon sales was funded purely by US taxpayers. But yeah the oil hikes were really nice for the US at the expense of the EU.
The key word is “real”.
You see day by day, the US is losing the world it built around it that it's laughable now to think that american can solo handle all the chaos in the world. China is the real winner and it's not all about money everytime.

"Some western governments are skeptical that china can be an honest peace broker"
Many people are even more skeptical that some western government can become an honest peace broker after all the nonsense that is happening in the middle east.
The world is not divided only into east and west. There is always the southern part of the world that certainly can help, the "non-bloc" (also known as the non-aligned) are independent of other influences so why not just get India, Indonesia, or South Africa to broker a peace deal, why it has to be the west? The West does not have to dictate who gets to do what and how this war should end and so is the east. All they should do is to provide a space for both side to negotiate and actively supporting the development toward peace. But if China or anybody else managed to stop the conflict then its great for everybody regardless of how honest they were.
As President Lukashenko once said (well, he did said it so just take it as you will) "A bad peace is better than any war".
