This is how you do it Transparent makes transparent things invisible so you put glass and glass u can’t see behind it Making it eazy to place decals on the inside because behind decals you can’t see it So this Was probably fun to make You can make dimensions with this this or the backrooms
@@TarokaWaste how do you use viewport frames for this effect? i've been seeing a lot of people say viewport frames but i know next to nothing about them except for the fact that you can use them to show 3d objects in ui i guess
@@nearunderstandings yeah, they work so good, also, u can make the same good teleportation, make the viewport portal uncollidable, and on the end (on the back side of the viewport frame part) place a teleportation part, that will make also very good teleportation (maybe, because i didn't tried this one)
@@Robac399 A bit late but, No viewportframe in used on the hunt or the classic, everything was parallax effect using only surface guis and imagelabels. Yea 10+ viewportframes can cause lags
is there a way to do the reverse of this? like you see something in the transparent blocks that isnt actually there. sort of like a fake window or smething.
glass will make objects appear invisible if theyre transparent, so i made the blocks in the portal room 0.02 transparency so that itll appear invisible from the outside, its merely an illusion. also it can be done with decals/textures and have similar outcomes/results
Roblox's glass texture (while transparent) makes all parts with a 0.011 transparency or more completely transparent, i suspect based off the other comments that this guy used glass and slightly transparent bricks
@@kurtshusband2063 ah its ez, you just make the glass transparency 1, and after that glass anything with transparency 0.001 or higher will just be invisible, enjoy

This is a actually genius way of making these!!!
Well,it’s better and easier to use viewport frames.
Viewport frames are easier
@@TarokaWaste this one was not make with viewport frames

I thought you used viewport frames, but this is also cool.
glass material can break decal with a bit transparent
and the grass is decal too
if i was right a bit then yes
What color did you use to make it perfectly invis-
grey
how did you make it perfectly invisible? i need to know !!!
its like the hunt and the classic
true (except they use a completely different system that idk how it works)
the hunt uses the viewport portals. they just placing somewhere these portals with decals of the games
viewport can render 3d objects in 2d image
@@Robac399 oh, well thanks for telling me that. now i know how they work!!!

I remember seeing this in the marketplace
😂
What about for R15?

idk, i havent messed with them enough to figure it out
yse
You can put the glass on the inside
😊
i built something like that in oc-
Ahh i remembered that
but can i change the image of the sky
yes
Decals
Cool
Thanks

Doing this with viewport frame is better
definitely

Ok. This method is actually GENIUS!!! You don’t gotta learn how to code!

The glass is visible
