Gonna try this since I restarted swimming and I keep cramping my leg. My legs need a workout so let's see if I can continue this for 14 days. Day 1- done (I can't walk 😅) Day 2- done ( actually quarter of the pain is gone) Day 3- done ( half of the pain is gone) Day 4- done (luckily pain is gone) Day 5- rest due to school workload Day 6-done Day 7,8,9-wasn't able to do workout. Day 10-done Day 11-done Day 12- ❌️ Day 13-done

i feel a burn in each one.. make sure to keep your leg up the whole time.. don't rest your leg until she does
