    Hey guys ill be doing this workout along with lilly's flat stomach workout for 2 weeks ! do it with me !!!😍😍
    day 1 : did it twice ! felt the burn !!✅

    I've never loved pilates this much ever!!! Lilly made me fall in love with her pilates workouts!! Feeling the burn the muscles wooh! Refreshing as usual. Loved this workout!!

    Gonna try this since I restarted swimming and I keep cramping my leg. My legs need a workout so let's see if I can continue this for 14 days.
    Day 1- done (I can't walk 😅)
    Day 2- done ( actually quarter of the pain is gone)
    Day 3- done ( half of the pain is gone)
    Day 4- done (luckily pain is gone)
    Day 5- rest due to school workload
    Day 6-done
    Day 7,8,9-wasn't able to do workout.
    Day 10-done
    Day 11-done
    Day 12- ❌️
    Day 13-done

    Hi Lilli. Great workout. Only one exercise from 3 minutes escaped. It was for the right leg and not for the left leg. I'll be limping all day 😉😂

    Great workout, thanks. But my personal problem is that it hurts to lie on my side. In the morning, the thigh bone was covered in bruises.

    You forgot to add the leg drawing in and out for the second part of the thigh portion (I tried my hardest to describe it)

      i feel a burn in each one.. make sure to keep your leg up the whole time.. don't rest your leg until she does
