यमराज सेना... OHE (Over-head Electric) line par kaam karnese pehle line ko off hee honaa chaahiye. Agar badkismathi se line meñ leak ho yaa line On hojaae tho earth hone kee wajeh se short circuit hokar circuit trip hojaaegaa aur karamchaari surakshith raheñge.
While making video at least try to show proper workmanship. Instead of rubbing your clamp on rail tracks to remove rust you should have used emery paper aur 0 paper to clean the rail tracks properly and then bolt the clamps. Very poor engineering skills you have. Also at some point your telling not to touch the legs of the clamp. But while fixing the climb you yourself have touched the lugs many many times.. also check the direction of lugs fitted to clamp if it is downwards at least losing it and change its position so that it will not get damaged. Being as a engineer you need to learn a lot.

If you are putting some content on media for people to watch and learn, then put correct method and let people learn the correct procedure. By putting your incorrect methods / operating procedures, you are either fooling/ misguiding people. It is very wrong. What is wrong if you adapt and follow correct procedure.

Related to your working in metro you are not the only engineer working in the world in any metro rail. There can be many more people like you and me working in metro rail systems. A good engineer is one who learn from the mistakes not try to hide his shortcomings or mistakes and blaming the organisation for your own professional incompetence.
