    Thank you for your videos. I just started trt after several failed attempts with other meds / methods. As you said life can be hell with this process, but seeing the potential positives helps a lot.

      The Thunderous 1 so sorry I did not reply. I originally posted videos to inform people but wasn’t really on here much. I now take youtube more serious. I have extreme anxiety before. I was turning agoraphobic. Couldn’t go anywhere but home just about. Hope everything has been okay

    As you taper down from benzos.. consider supplementing with Magnesium Citrate, it has a calming effect and most people are deficient

      Your Health Warrior I’ve tried often but it makes me sleepy all day. I don’t think I’m deficient because I eat plenty of fresh vegetables all the time.

    per how you felt prior to TRT, you mentioned that you had chronic fatigue syndrome. I've been dealing with CFS symptoms for about a year and was one of the reasons why I went on TRT. did you have joint pain along with low T? I'm 6 weeks in TRT and still don't feel physically better. does it take time? thanks.

      final boss yeah I would say two months or so. But a lot of people think it is a cure all. It is not.. you have to stay active, sleep right, take multi vitamins, eat good. Your body plays off of a bunch of things besides testosterone.

      final boss I didn't have joint pain before or not really. I have back pain sometimes but I think it's from working so hard

      Yeah, I think my joint pain may be due to low E2 prior to getting on TRT. Low E2 causes loss of synovial fluid between the joints that can cause joint pain and a myriad of other symptoms that many people deal with low testosterone and low estradiol. I'm still a month and a half in, but my levels are now above the average range so I'm going to have to cut down on my dosage before I get put on an aromatase inhibitor. Dealing with your hormones is pretty complicated, especially with the uninformed doctors out there that won't treat young patients like us.

    I was wondering if you had an email address you share with your viewers so they can talk to you ? I have a few questions and things to talk about.

      I had posted my email a while back but took it down. I never saw an email. Just checking to see if you needed any help.

    I really hope you will see this comment and answer my question. How old were you when you found out you were low on Testosterone? And at what age have you started with TRT?

    Nice. I need some advice. I am young (18 year old) and I have 200ng/dl testosterone blood levels. One doctor didn't want me to take it and the other one said that I should take it. Since then I couldn't decide as I have anxiety taking any kind of medication. Right now I feel really depressed and I have absolutely zero energy and really a lot of weird things. I have low libido. There is no choice for me but to take it right? I would love to get an answer. I feel insanely bad. Can't even get up. I would like to get better.

      MAX Affe I would try going to get blood work again.. how long has it been since you were last tested?

    • @maxaffe5252
      @maxaffe5252 7 років тому

      Nolalyfe it was three times 200ng/dl in fall and winter 2016 and in january 2017. in march 2017 it was 268ng/dl and now it was 309ng/dl.

      MAX Affe mine haven't shrunk at all actually. And I would try talking to tgat doctor who said you should take it. If you really are feeling that bad

      Since your levels aren't super low may be hard to get out on it. Are you active in the gym? That may be all you need. I just started working out some and it seems to help a lot more
