Another great podcast el hats off to Shane for being so open and honest it’s not easy ❤ also how do we get a hold of one of your ‘ What’s that about’ t shirts ?
really loved this podcast shane was so raw and honest. this is the reality of this evil drug. i’m so glad he has found recovery seems like such a nice guy.
Part of a good recovery is to be open and honest and not lie about your usage. It’s extremely hard to do, for most the only way they seek help is when they have hit rock bottom.
Wow what a story, this is a guy that you know took it to the real f*cking extremes, so really knows what he's talking about, what an inspiration that he's turned it around now after all that and living a positive life 💪💯👊 Keep it up mate, you've inspired, helped and spoke harsh truths to a lot of people here! ♥️👌
I can really relate with so many of your stories, chances lost, jobs lost, years of not being a proper Dad ,and husband, is the most hurtful one, The regret on the way down is horrible, the guilt was unbearable, promising to myself that was the last time, and then breaking your promise , prove me how weak I am. It's so hard people to understand you. Such a good Podcast 👍 Thank you so much, it does matter why you guys do. THANK YOU FROM THE HEART
Keep going in the right direction Shane, your relationship with your kids has to be front and centre, be the role model they need, i wish you the best, keep going 🙏
I’m 36 and have struggled with this demon for 20 years now and still do, it’s cost me jobs, relationships and over £100,000 in that time, caused serious mental health problems and I don’t even want to think about the physical damage Ive done to my body 😢
Stay strong reach out and ask for help I’m now over 3 years clean and sober after 35 years. Honestly I’ve done exactly the same smashed relationships spent absolute fortune had serious mental health issues addiction is a mental health issue it simply is battered my body to bits just find the right recovery that suites you there is help out there and it’s free stay strong 💪 💙✌️🙏
Back on the wagon today myself. Its hard to beat and good support is hard to find. Glad i found the channel. Good on ya Shane . Inspiration. When you are in the hole, the damage does not quite sink in. I have had swollen legs, rashes ,shallow breathing etc etc. Always the last time aint it !
The main thing I found helped me was cut out all the people that use it and go to the gym. Keep the faith fella, you'll get there eventually. I used to do an 8 ball 3/4 times a week but one day I just had enough. Haven't touched it for around 15 years now...
@eoin9393 Stay strong my guy. You need to get away. Grab a tent and a camping pack and head to the woods for the weekend. Delete the numbers for links and stay away from bad influences...👍
Top guys! And well dun to shane.. quick question if you dont mind.... ive been a user for the last 10yrs every other day a gram at a time. I have moments of quiting like now, ive gone a week, but after day 7 i stuggle to get to sleep?? (Writting this at 2.30 in the morning) lol is this a common thing??

For me there was so many questions missed, such a shame, the interview could've been a lot better. Honestly, that's how I feel this interview went. On the upside I respect the podcast...keep up the good work, I'm fascinated with people and, their stories peace and positivity...i've subscribed 🌻 👊
Thank you for replying, Elliott 🌻 1, When did you realise you'd done irreversible damage to your nose and what were the first/gradual, symptoms in detail? 2, Have you replaced cocaine with any other substances, prescription drugs included to get through it? 3, Do you still get cravings, if so, how do you deal with that? 4, hows your mental and, physical health doing now? 5, How do you replace those intense chemical highs? (Does he smoke tobacco?) Thanks Elliott...goodluck with your podcasts, I definitely watch your vids, in my spare time! 👊
@@M1she11 1. That’s not a question I would ask someone on a first podcast, I’d find it a bit disrespectful when someone has come on your channel, unless they brought it up, I would not. It’s clear enough to see the damage Shane has done.
Damn... sorry. I can't stand the interrupting. Give you your dues that you're new to this, and that the guest is nervous but it helps throw the whole story all over the place mate.
