Just an FYI for everyone watching. If you own a 69 Beetle, there is a split in the model year for the carpeting. The early 69's use the 68 and older kit where the carpet tucks under the tack strip, while the later 69's use the kit you featured with the carpeting going over the heater channel tack strip.
21:30 I believe your rocker carpet needs to be flipped left to right as the larger piece goes to the back per TMI Products,Inc.schematic .That's might be the reason your coming up short.
