    Can the same work for other mica colours?

      Certainly! With this technique, you can use any MEYSPRING Mica Powder to create pigment pastes. For this distinctive lacing effect in resin waves, mixing our White Pearl with resin Part A in the exact ratio mentioned in our tutorial is recommended. However, for other effects or for using different MEYSPRING colors, you may need to experiment a little bit and even try different ratios. But the main ingredients of a DIY pigment paste for epoxy resin are basically Pigment Powder and Resin Part A.

    Did you use pearl mica or mate pigment powder aka tatinium dioxide

    • @meyspring
      @meyspring  Рік тому +1

      That's a great question! It's actually both - our White Pearl is mica based and coated with Titanium Dioxide 🤗

    Awesome video! Does the resin brand or viscosity matter? Thank you.

      That's a great question! Nope, this works well with any brand! However, we do recommend using a crafting resin vs a deep pour epoxy.

    When you add resin paste to a project, do you have to add more hardener to compensate for the extra resin?

    • @meyspring
      @meyspring  Рік тому +1

      That's a great question! Nope - it's just like a regular epoxy pigment paste. So, you add it like a regular colorant or paste 🤗
