I had no idea that there was such a thing as an iron transfer pen! Thank you so much. This opened up a world of possibilities to me.
Wow, unbelievable Transfer pens, oh the possibilities I can't wait to get started.
Thank you! I "googled" this and didn't find a single thing that was helpful. I don't know why I don't search UA-cam first! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
I enjoyed not only this tutorial but the music as well!
Straight to point and rich. Thank you so much for saving time.👍🏼
Thanks so much for this fab video. I ordered a sulky pen on NZ and it worked fab. And I just traced the reverse (as I was transferring child's name to pillowcase) I needed to have the letters facing the correct direction.
You can also use a light box or sunny window and one of those blue wash out fabric markers and trace directly onto the fabric.
another awesome, clear and easy to understand how-to. and of course, with a kickass song. thanks again!
Very useful methods. Music was fantastic
Thank you for the steps in transferring designs. It is a big big help for my lesson in handicraft.
Very useful video thanks for sharing
Thank you , and I love the fun way your videos are presented
Thank you, simple, quick and different techniques to try I did not know about. This was a big help
Thanks for sharing. Tracing has always been a problem. Thanks again, had no knowledge about transfer pen.
Thanks you. I learned a lot and totally enjoyed the presentation!
Thanks 😊 for the different ideas to transfer store bought patterns , once you up the die on the iron transfer you can't use it. Thanks so much 😊
Very.nice.work.thank.you.for.share.us
thank you so much
for ideas 😍
fantastic very clear thankyou so much
Finally!!! I have been wanting to know how to transfer for years!! Though I have read about it, I am a visual person, so this is the best for me. Thank you Jenny! I hope you make more and more videos. I have been a customer for a few years, and love your company. You make embroidery fun! What is the name of the Sunny song?
Thank you
It's so easy. Is tracing paper and transfer paper the same?
This was direct and simple. Thank you
Great video... Love the music♥️🎵
Wow, nice, I'm stil guarding our old family patterns on transparent paper, it was with needle done .
In 1st method which type of paper we should plzz tell
Great music!
Wow. This was very helpful. Thank you.
Will the No. 3 methods ( iron on transfer pen) wash out the outline? Trying to make some patterns for my little girl who's into unusual animals! Thank you.
That's wonderful but what's the type of the paper - the first way ?
FayTar the first way is a buy-as-is ink pattern on thin paper. you just follow the directions and iron on top of your fabric and the ink transfers to it.
Carbon paper
Tracing paper
Thanks! This was helpful, and had cute music! I'm thinking of trying hand embroidery and I have a couple questions: 1) Can I iron on the same iron on transfer more than once? and 2) Can I use a design on any type of paper to trace with a stylus on the carbon paper? Thanks.
Thanks,very helpful
Music is cool . I love it
Thank you for sharing
You're welcome!
The video is great but to transfer writing onto fabric requires tracing off the pattern first and then turning over the tracing you just did and tracing it again so as the writing on your pattern doesnt come out backwards. Is there an easier way to do this??
Loved the music! Excellent video what is the name of the pin you are using or the yellow tool
Thank you!!!
Thankyou 🌹
Wow what a good idea
you helped me a bunch, thanks a lot!
Gracias por el video, me fué de gran utilidad, la música está deliciosa, 🙅😍😘👍👌👏
Thank you very much. very helpful.
Wow this was excellent!! Thank you! I got it!!🌷💜
You should be able to! :) Try googling your questions! It can save a lot of time!
Very informative video, thanks for sharing
would any of these work on heavy cotton fabric (i wanna do some hardcore detailing to a coat but have no clue how to) and if so, which one do u recommend most out of the three ways shown?
what paper did you use on the first one.?
They didnt gv the description about the paper
what a very useful video
thank you for all the tips :)
Hi, Awesome video, does your iron that you use have to be a certain wattage for the patterns to transfer? Having trouble with some Aunt Martha's pattern book I bought at a local craft store. Thanks, Carissa
Thank you! I feel so capable!
Can you buy carbon paper at craft stores Like Joann or Michaels? And do transfer pens come in a pencil so that you can draw on darker materials?
I have a question , can you re use an embroidery pattern ? Or is it like one use like a temporary tattoo?
Thankyou
What would you do for dark fabrics?
Thank youu 😘😘🇩🇿
Thank u so so much
What kind of marker that you used in this video ma'am? Can we use any kind of marker?
where do you get the transfer pens? i have only seen transfer pencils in the craft stores. not quite as nice because you have to deal with a dull point all the time.
Omg coolest thing everrr!! What song is this?
thanks
Question how did you print your design into the paper
Does the first option work with normal print? I mean like the usual printed images?
Wow 👍👍👍
Thank u
Excelletnt... Thanks so much!
how do you transfer something on a denim shirt? I want to do some Brazilian Embroidery on a denim shirt but so far nothing I have tried, works.????
may i ask if what kind of paper I will use in “iron transfer” ?
I bought dressmakers carbon paper. I put it on the tea towel. I put my pattern on that. I used a find point ball pen and it didn't work. I switched to a hard wooden tip. It didn't work. Is there something special I'm missing?
I'm currently doin the same thing and you cant even see it. UGH! Its such a fine detailed embroidery I want to use too.
Where can you get iron on transfers.
Can someone please tell me WHAT KIND OF PAPER was used!!!
Will the result of any of these methods wash off of the fabric after the embroidery is complete?
Yes
do u need a store brought hot iron transfer for the second and third one or u can just us a picture
Can this be used on a white Terry cloth bib?
Its Awesome!! Thanks :)
What about crayon on wax paper ironed onto the fabric? Would that work?
Oh thank you for giving me that idea but could you please tell me how to reverse it on the computer. Im not too computer savvy sorry, but I would appreciate your help
can we try iron method on canvas also
COOL MUSIC...
Thank you! :)
Whats the paper called with the bird on it?
0:18 what kind of paper did you used?
I think she used heat transfer paper
super
Could you use the same techniques but on a painting canvas?
The drawing pattern u drew with pencil, before transferring throw iron in first method
That music fills me with rage.
What paper is it called
how to transfer a design from a tracing paper onto a non stretch black or navy blue velvet fabric?! please help!
I loved the Sulky pens until I realized they will bleed through fabric paint badly. I'd have a t-shirt totally painted then realize the yellow line from my Sulky pen had bled through and what I had painted white now had yellow tinges all around the edges from the pen. The only way to cover the bleed through was adding more layers of paint.
if we have no transfer maker can we use pencil?
you can use normal pen or pencil, but u have to make sure it will get covered by the embroidery so it doesn't show
What was 1st option
What's the name of the song?? I loveee itt..!! And the video too of course! =D
Quarantine brought me here lol :P
What if you are working with black fabric??
With final method (transfer pen) remember your pattern comes out opposite way round.
The first paper 📝 was normal paper .please reply
no its not normal paper, its an iron on transfer pattern
oh, yes!
could I use any kind of papper ?
Can I draw?
What can I do if the fabric I want to embroidery is black? How can I transfer my desing? :(
U can probably use a carbon paper of different color like yellow or which is light in shade.
