Finally turning up the heat. Great job officers in enforcing the laws and keeping Santa Monica from becoming a giant swap meet.
Wow, arresting food vendors while criminals are out there robbing and killing people.
LAPD: we only capable to arrest street vendors as long as they are not black
This are criminales gang members !!😎😎😎
you sound like a fool!
you sound like a fool!! wow.....
25:01 for all you who think she actually arrested. Nope just a ticket and walks away. Same thing every day
Wow! Thanks for pointing this out 👍
Yes, but not before the officers let her know "you're mean!!" 😆
43:22 The actual arrest. Gets interesting..
Yes, just a game for them. Back in business tomorrow.
THATS GREAT NEWS
23:29 that guy is clearly drunk not to know the cop is actually giving him a pass for public intoxication....🤦♂️
And then cussing at the officer to boot 😂 he’s really lucky he didn’t get arrested.
How can the cop know he’s drunk? He hasn’t taken a blood sample or made him blow…sounds like the cop is throwing around accusations for grounds to arrest
Lol. I can’t get enough of these videos. Keep up the good work!
The city should impound the cart and raise the release fees to pay for all the time officers have to spend enforcing the law. For those vendors that follow the laws, lower their permit cost.
*These vendors are so stubborn. They are unfair competition to establishments that really pay taxes.*
No should pay income tax and that's free market people should free to choose to eat were ever they like

No selling hot dog allowed cop is time to jail 😤 lottery
Their Just trying to maje an honest living that's all😑
the cops can leave any time they keep interacting with these vendors after they got what they want vendors are free to stay cops can move on instead of complaining about doing his job
those food carts are shocking, nothing covered no sanitation of any kind. Everything exposed. No hair nets, ratty clothes, carts so raggety looking, really.??? Renegades.
Write up a law that gives law enforcement the power to impound these carts. Maybe have a system where after the 3rd warning the cart goes. You know that 3rd warning will happen within days because they don’t listen. Not only impound but charge a hefty fee to release the carts. Hit their pocket and they will listen.
Why just impound , destroy All Carts not licensed
run for mayor (or the hills)
Thanks for your service and cleaning our streets. More cops like you guys.
Impound the carts and dont give them back. Arrest the vendors and put them in jail. This is getting ridiculous now.
Those carts are easy and cheap to make. Won't help much.
Better nuke them
That officer is my favorite! The way he handles loud mouth people is great
The cops should bust the vendors in the parking lot bevore they ever get to the pier
Right doesn't make any sense, sometimes I wonder if they just let them go on for entertainment!
Imagine wanting to get arrested after they told you you’re free to go😂😂😂
Glad to see that girl get arrested ❤️
Me too 😂
I am with you I am so happy finally I hope he has a big fine Band stay in jail for three months she’s a bitch I can’t stand her
Me too , she was so annoying
Me too. Btch
@@john_from_eastcoast. she was released in the moment.🤣🤣
Everyday they tell these vendors they need a license an an inspection they continue to ignore the regulations.
I love seeing the city get tougher and tougher on these illegal street vendors. This is a big step from what they used to do.
yup lets waste are time arresting this people while bad guys steal loot from trains, stores, and criminal activity that needs and end 💀
@@yallonlytalksmoke4587 it’s Santa Monica lol. What crime?
@@Tloc103 Bro Santa Monica isn't crime free XD You must be a bot who never goes out
@@TrainHornPranksandMore what don’t you get? They are illegally selling food without permits while others have to pay for permits to sell their goods. They run away likes it’s a joke and have minors selling the food. In other countries they woulda had their carts confiscated.

How dare those vendosr put salsa and jalapenos on those hotdogs. Desecrating a long standing American tradition. And why is the bald cop continuously holding the young girl in her biceps instead of the guy when both of them are cuffed?
Because he is a CREEP
So glad they finally arrested that girl . She cusses n doesnt care at all
I know 👍🏼
It’s sad they teache them to break the law and laugh , I guess selling hotdogs is there career
She was arrested a couple weeks ago in a video, no consequence
She's a minor, they released her.
They need to put a badge on that Mexican lady. She regulated better than the cops
Sad, but it’s going to take one of these carts starting a fire on the pier, before the local government gets serious about this.
I’m no it’s that girl that knows the LAW LMAO I remember she laughing on the phone telling everyone it’s gonna be ok LMAO
Wow this is the reason why these unpermitted vendors always comes back time after time.
All police do is kick them out, that ain't gonna solve anything.
Let solve your SMPD problems.
Start writing citations if their minor with no IDs then take them to juvenile hall detention and process them there and if adults doesn't come claim the the vendor carts, confiscate and discard it. And if theirs an adult that comes and claim the carts, write that person a ticket
you should run for congress
There’s no need for the police to act like that just give a ticket and keep it moving.
They should just fight actual crime
I like this video coverage, because it is a spotlight into how quality of life issues are being handled properly. The Los Angeles area is huge, and for the same vendors to be coming repeatedly shows disregard and disrespect to the rules. I strongly believe the vendors can find other areas to sell without police intervention.
On the pier is where the tourists are, thus, more business.
I agree 100% with you
The rules are for everyone people pay alot of taxes for every thing why are they different
Wonder if they are here illegal?
@@peggychezik6118 most likely yes sadly.
Anyone who wants to eat that food after seeing how it’s prepared deserves to get sick. Disgusting!!!
Out of all this, I feel bad for that one fire fighter who I know was thinking to himself, 'I can't believe I have to walk down this dam pier for this bull 💩 again.'
You mean the bacon wrapped hot dogs cooked on a baking sheet aren't safe for the public? Shocker
Keep the community safe and healthy. Salute the police and health department.
How is what theyre doing unsafe?
salute the police 🤣🤣 no one is going to stop them they will do it again tomorrow and the next day
Sure and people flocking inside Costco without limit is safe. Eating their samples and waiting in line at the food court is safe too
All while almost everyone in LA is doing drugs and eating McDonald's. 😆🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
Jack hasn’t been on Venice ,looking like skid row , yea that’s safe and healthy, ookay.
Even the seagulls won't touch that unrefrigerated stuff, mayo out in the sun and not a cube of ice in sight
Very good they are very disrespectful. Why not get the permit.
I agree with you maureen she is very nasty And a lowlife
No vendors on the pier can use butane so even if they get the permit it won’t work. Plus the health codes being violated for the food not being at proper temperature. So there just doing illegal biz thinking it’s ok because it’s not serious.
because they make all food in house kitchen.
Seen these same faces getting warnings before. This just shows the LAPD is being way to lenient. They need to confiscate the carts, especially the ones that use fuel. Otherwise they or someone else will be right back selling. They need to fine the owners of these unlawful businesses or carts too. That would lead to some accountability.
The county of los angeles is very weak so there is so many laws protecting bad people now so this will never stop ✋️
Yeap that scronny toothpick girl that got detained was talking mad shit to the cops last time.
This is Santa Monica PD... Not LAPD
I think the best punishment would be, make them eat what they are selling...bacon wrapped hot dogs in a open cardboard box, and wondering when was the last time those buckets of liquid were cleaned. 🤢
Where does this cop think the girl is gonna run to handcuffed? He holds her arm the entire time. I think he just likes the feel of her young soft skin.
Good job. These guys have no shame of trashing the country that offered them a better opportunity.
the country didnt offer them a better life THEY SWAM THE RIVER
There trying to make a honest living
@@cease1m580 you missed a lot. They have been challenging the cops for months. The food is not prepped or stored properly, they carry hazardous items that can set the pier on fire. They are breaking laws and can make people sick.
how hungry and stupid would someone be to eat the nasty crap off one of those carts ?
Lmfao...there signs all over pier..and a 14 ×10 sign that says no open flames on the pier..and these hot dog carts. Are a no go on the pier...had heads...
I wouldn't ever eat from a street vendor! Disgusting!
That dude with a camera calling the officer’s verbal response as “intimidation”. You can have your freedom of speech some where else that does not disrupting the police’s investigation.
Most of these hot dogs make people sick…Good work officers 👏
Impound their carts. They are using them in a crime. What a waste of tax dollars.

You could fix this really fast if you started impounding their carts.
We need more of the lady in red hair 😂😂😂 she should be a citizen on patrol 🚓👮♀️
Damn. Look good white man. Black man and Latino man. Police officer. Great job. No propano. No gas. For Safety 🦺 just doing they're job.
I love that police officer well said freedom of speech don’t mean abuse others go and make your point of view somewhere else this people get drunk to talk crap 💩
The way you fix this is... arrest and heavily fine the owners/workers and confiscate their carts (not just the food). Otherwise, they are back on the boardwalk the next day!
I wonder if they individually can be banned from the pier, so if they are found back, they can be arrested for trespassing? Is that possible?
The problem is the leftist democrat prosecutors refuse to prosecute. Now if these same vendors set up food carts on the sidewalk in front of the houses the prosecutors live in then they would be arrested. Just like the guy who shit on Nancy pelosis side walk in front of her house, he got arrested but they don’t arrest them when they shit on the sidewalk in front of your house.
Nobody can be banned from PUBLIC PROPERTY.
@@jalamela1480 if you break laws on public property you can be trespassed from the property. I imagine if you created enough of a problem they could ban you. The problem is the prosecutors are not going to enforce so that’s why they keep coming back.
@@leftistnazicensorship8882 if u break a law in public property u can be arrested or ticketed. Nobody can banned u from public property. It’s for the public meaning everyone owns it. Furthermore, if a police officer ever kicks you out of public property you can sue him and the city.
129.59 is a permit price for the boardwalk vendor per year. The regulations state you must Pay Taxes and have a health inspection cert. There are rules for selling /handling food but they dont want to hear it.
19:42 Damn the cop straight humiliated/ roasted him.
Guy: ... I'm educated..
Cop: if you are educated, then why are you here(working).
He said he's polite, he wasn't saying educated in a schooling sense , since the cop can barely speak Spanish he didn't understood.
The world mal-educado means impolite.
The guy is an idiot for sure but you're incorrect on this one.
Educado is a false friend world , like Juan said, the meaning is polite, not a college graduate.
The fact that man keeps saying way indicates he is not educated.
No open flame on a wooden pier. No propane
I applaud the office's forbearance. The jerk giving him lip should have been arrested.
Dirty food big time🤢
Ehat upsets me is they have gotten so many breaks. Why dont they take the csrts. Are they really waiting for a cart to start a fire on the pier to finally start confiscating carts
TAKE THEIR CARTS, MAKE THEM BUY A PERMIT TO GET IT BACK WITH A $250 FINE
That dude in the white shirt is acting like the way they talk down to the police in Mexico City pretty soon he’s going to learn the hard way that this isn’t Mexico City and that our rules and regulations do get enforced I think these officers have been more than nice to him and then the idiot puts his little girl to record like wtf is he telling her “ hun record this cause they have caught me breaking the law” smh 🤦♂️
Okay goody two shoes that's not the way the world works keep hoping
Act like they are black its a shame that it takes 10 people to remove a black person from a tent that's a drug user. Don't compare
The legitimate business are loving this and rightfully so because they have to pay rent and taxes while these street vendors pocket all the cash.
So satisfying to see the worst of them all finally arrested or detained😎 the worst part is she is encouraged by her own father to be a criminal and have no respect for the police, people's health, and the legal vendors who sacrifice so much to do things the right way. I saw him post that he was proud of her hustle. And it's true it's all a hustle......hustling people who might get sick and hustling in the city by not obeying the rules and putting the whole pier in danger as she burns her own self who's to say she won't burn the Pier One Day. Ironic and hilarious. Very entertaining. Great job. It was cool to hear the guy saying I don't think it's right he's recording this with no intelligent explanation of why he don't think it's right. Pretty much sums up the mentality of the ignorant.
Yes he is cowrd. He hate the law &👮♂️👮♀️ ... call ice immigrant . Who he is
