Great video. Here is a tip for walking the shallows where you expect to run into stingrays. Shuffle your feet (don't lose contact with the sand). That way even if the stingray doesn't move off as you approach, he will move when your foot touches him, usually without trying to sting as he would if you stepped on top of him.

What size jig heads are you using on the gobblers.

For the shallows I am using a 1/8 3/0 for the 3.75” paddle shads and a 1/8 5/0 for the 4.75” paddle shads. If you hind the jig head is sinking to fast in the shallow water, trim the ( lead ) jig head down to suit. Unfortunately no one makes a large hook with a 1/12 ect jig head
