What we need are honkai chacarters in genshin. Straight collabo like fischl in honkai. But I guess Mei, Yae and Durandal are already in genshin as Ei, Yae miko and Jean. And varlkyries like moebius and bronya are too futuristic. So that's gonna be difficult.
Tip: you can get elysia from the shop, no need to waste pulls.
