  • our homes are extensions of us.
i have been on a path of uncovering what home can mean, what it can look like, how it can be built, where it can be... and, somehow, i ended up at uni's beautiful hanok home during my time in korea. i find it important that we cultivate relationship with our homes, whether that be the structure itself, the material items within, the stories surrounding it, or the land it all lives upon. uni seems to have done exactly that (with a lot of hard labor and love of course).
this is the first of hopefully many homes i can witness and share the stories of. thank you uni for being the first and thank you for watching!

I have also been thinking a lot about home lately + what it means to me (there is a giant 5’ tall milkweed plant near me that’s home to so many birds and butterflies and that started all these thoughts) + this video popped up w/ perfect timing - homes are such special places, am excited for more home stories in the future ! 🌱
