Gave me a good laugh.
What is this garbage
Unified field theory? Oh, you mean the Warp.
Yeah this has already been my silly little headcanon for half a decade now. Funny to see it in video form.
Yeah but where's dune?
“Awe look he’s playing with his toys.”
The lore:
8 year old me playing with Legos (the main character and the villain came back to life multiple times because I don't have any other mini figures
This is a great piece of fan fiction. The way you blended disparate works of sci-fi into a larger cohesive narrative was great.

Shhiiiiit the way things are going this is cannon
bruh, same. it's just soo good!
One Unified Warhammer Timeline to rule them all, one Unified Warhammer Timeline to find them, one Unified Warhammer Timeline to bring them all, and in the fanfic bind them...
By the will of the Emperor, in his glorious name, so it was and shall be, until the end of time.
You made Doom slayer the host of khorne’s good side 👀…..GENIUS!!!!
The whole video was genius bro,
Khorne may be the god of Violence and Bloodshed.
But he is also the god of Honour and Courage.
@@Peter_Turbo4 As well as the god of survival of the fittest.
Well, the slayer does pile skulls and spills blood, so that means the slayer is the earliest space marine
@Fan_of_the_hobby it's as they say. "Khorne cares not from where or who the blood flows, only that it flows in abundance."
"zoophilic conective tissue".
I can't stop laughing... I just can't.
What a stroke of genius!
I would like to add...
"Today there is many a whisper among Imperial Diviners about Doom Slayer's legend and how his soul was set adrift into The Warp for Millennia and now is believed reincarnated into boy, a denizen of Maccrage soon to be chosen as Ultramarine aspirant, by the name of Malum Caedo.
😂
The legend of Doomguy in this multicrossover can work. An immortal warrior who's mission has been completed in the past is sleeping in his sarcophagus in the Tomb of Souls atop of the Ingmore Sanctum. He's sleeping until he's needed once again. The Primevals are the overseers of their respective dimensions, in Davoth's case, Jekkad, better known as Hell, he got created by someone else who is more powerful than him. Who is that entity? That's probably up to the next Doom game, but here, Khorne could work perfectly. Khorne in his boredoom gave life to one of his most powerful creations, a simple human guided by the eventualities of demonic invasions and the sense of justice Doomguy inherited from his family that he stayed in the Warp to corpse camp demons for all eternity.
Khorne has been known to love violent shitposts like his pet Orcs in the past. I don't think having a pet human is too much of a stretch.
If you ask me. The warp can almost explain everything because it’s so ducking vast
The judges from Dred being the forerunners to the Adeptus Arbites makes a lot of sense since they look quite similar
It's the helmet and arm paldrons I'm sure of it. 😅
The brilliance of this isn't only the fact that 40k itself is the inspiration and in turn inspired by some of these franchise, but that 40k loves it's EVERYTHING IS CANON approach.
Thus logically it's insprations and things that was inspired by it, could have happened... Or at least pretty similarly, and then the truth got blended by hearsay and time. So even if not accurate, it is accurate that people believed it was accurate because it was believable enough. Which is basically 40k's EVERYTHING IS CANON philosophy in a nutshell.
I loved your Unified Timeline breakdown of SODAZ's Reach vid, and this longform general timeline is amazing! I'd absolutely love seeing specific lore breakdown vids on various properties, franchises and events done in the same Unified Timeline style like a historical examination by 41st millennium historians.
That's the plan Stan! 40K isn't releasing enough video content for us to have new stuff every week so I'm probably gonna finish redoing all the old Hammer and Bolters, keep doing whatever is new with GW, but then I might start doing The Expanse, Aliens, Predator, Avatar, etc in order and just cut out the fluff and go for action scenes and plot points that are interesting to make good sci fi lore fluff for 40K pre-history
I just started getting into alien. Would love some videos on it@@Counterpoints
Honestly I like to imagine that during the slayers great crusade in the warp, the three chaos gods feared the growing power of khorne’s champion and imprison him by tricking him in believing that he was fighting against the very man that gave him godhood and destroying the temple they were in and successfully imprisoned him but the chains that bind him are slowly starting to break in the 40th millennium.🐱
They already did, but only Doom Slayer's soul managed to escape. It traveled trough the Warp and reincarnated on Maccrage into a boy soon to be an Ultamarine by the name of Malum Caedo.
@@dankovskimark4540
Who (headcannon) is genetically similar to BJ Blascowicz, the soul itself is perpetual, not the whole body. Doomslayer is a kind of perpetual where the soul itself cannot die and has the emotional memories of each Iteration.
Iteration you say, intelligence you say?
The Atlas, the 40k universe and the entirety of this (head cannon) was actually created as a simulation. The Atlas is from No Man's Sky, a Super Intelligent AI that simulates universes and was created all the way into the fledgling times of human exploration to help us leave Earth. But it was too big to bring with us so it stayed on Earth. However, now since the Atlas only has 16 minutes left as in our (headcannon) timeline it is nearing an event horizon of a black hole, presumed to have been an undetected one. 16 minutes from the event horizon, which makes the Atlas unable to continue to Simulate the the 40K universe and others anymore, reducing it to what we see in NMS.
The "creator" of Atlas was the Big E, and in its final moments it simulated a version of him to help it grieve, explore, and understand the last remaining instances before destruction.
The reason the Big E is the creator? Is because "The Atlas" IS THE GOLDEN THRONE the Emperor coming back to Holy Terra, unbeknownst to the Atlas itself was repurposed. The Emperor was interred on it but the Atlas was not self-aware, the Emperor did not Allow it. But at some point Humanity HAD to leave Earth, and so the Atlas was left behind and SOMETHING saved the Emperor as he let Atlas scan him, not as this hulking golden visage, but the man that is the Emperor in a rudimentary space-ready exosuit.
The last part is mostly jest, lmao.
You made me spit out my drink with That hitchhiker's guide reference
07 lol
I realized years ago how easy it is to slot most other fantasy and sci Fi series into Warhammer cause "Warp Fuckery" is so powerful. Glad someone took the time to prove this idea In a properly bombastic way.
Does that mean that the Remnants of the Covenant eventually became the Tau?
Vespids and Kroot for sure
@@Counterpoints The Kroot could be Skirmisher's, maybe the other sub-species' of Jackal died off somehow.
I think all 40kers agree that the Event Horizon was the first warp ship, created completely by accident, which is a very human thing to do. Starship Troopers, on the other hand, feels squeezed in. The Avatar/Pandora stuff... fits, but I want to ignore it anyway for its collossal waste of time, money and talent.
I've little experience with most of the games you've included, but the tyranids must've started somewhere, so it shouldn't be a surprise if our galaxy birthed something similiar. If two such hives came into conflict and one absorbed the other, I doubt *any* gods could save the universe... and as Douglas Adams once wrote, "There is another theory which states that this has already happened."
I love how you didnt include star trek or mass effect😂😂😂 those humans are too buddy buddy with the aliens
Its true. Star Trek was too utopian although that would almost be funny for them to get blackpilled and then Mass Effect they have their own version of lame tyranids that usher in their apocalypse so the stakes were too high to be compatible.

I like how you causally but purposefully mentioned "The Mantle of Responsibility" which is a core point about "Custodial Races" or "Protector Races" in sci-fi galaxy spanding universes.
That's great! Firefly/Serenity and Fifth Element can be fitted into the 40K timeline also. There is already a popular fan fic that starship troopers and firefly exist in the same universe.
If you take the leap that the four elements have Fire representing Khorne, Air = Slaanesh, Earth = Nurgle, Water = Tzeentch, it also creates a new perspective on Marvel's fantastic four. It wouldn't be too hard to incorporate the infinity stones into being fragments of chaos either.
Where can I read the starship troopers firefly crossover?
@@g00n71 wish I could post some images here but google mobile infantry soldier uniforms versus alliance soldier uniforms. Apparently, mobile infantry uniforms were recycled in some power rangers episodes too but it might be a little difficult to incorporate that lore. Firefly and starship troopers fit together surprising well though.
@@g00n71 not sure where my last reply went, but Firefly props dept recycled mobile infantry uniforms for alliance troops
It is so cool to think that Event horizon, judge Dredd, blade runner, Starship troopers Doom are all part of the same Universe.
It started off wild and ended up making SO much sense...as if there was a plan all along, a design. Bless the emperor.
T2 makes little sense as the year is clearly pre interstellar travel but the optics are great nonetheless.
I think I would just ignore time travel elements of terminator
I personally love this timeline because it adds levels of context for the imperium of 40k. It gives the idea that humanity was xenophobic and prone to religious idolatry long before the age of strife, it gives context for many of the titans, knights, and power armors. I can easily see many pf the power armors of fallout being early versions of the 40k power armor, some of them could even be modified and retrofitted pieces. Things like chems, whatever bloodshots nanobots are, fev, and many other things of that nature explaining factions like the assassin temples. The planet and humans of gears of war could easily be justified as early versions of catachan. I could totally Isaac Clarke and others becoming the foundations of the mechanicus's reluctance against invention and creating new technologies. This timeline just lines up super well and gives so much context for so many things. Great job homie.
07 I live to serve
It actually is no accident that the Power Armor in Fallout looks like Power Armor from Warhammer is because their was a slight inspiration. Especially older artworks of both of the games.

I also forgot to mention, that the STALKER universe could fit in as well as the Devs for STALKER also were and are both Fallout fans and Warhammer fans. Their Exo-suits and the Gauss Rifle in-game are references to both franchises.
So if it wasn't for Fallout, we would never have had one of the other most influential culturally significant Slavic games and novel be so prominent in western culture.
Crazy when you follow the butterfly's wings huh?
@@redcell9636 is it basically Eastern European fallout?
@@Counterpoints not really as its not post apocalyptic it's more thriller and horror based, but very much survival. Psychological thriller and horror is its main focus. It fits super good in Warhammer as anomalous things are happening all over the zone because people were messing with the "Noosphere" the "real" one not the Mechanicus version. Basically the warp and how our planet interacts with it.
I strongly recommed a deep dive lore analysis channel.
Imagine if Samus materialised of the bridge of the Enterprise? Spock would be like "Now that captain is illogical." Bones would be like "It's liife Jim but not as we know it." And J T Kirk would be like trying to kiss it.
Poor Samus. This is probably the reason why it specifically says 'Samus is the man next to you' after possessing a foxy lady next to Kirk that one time and everything getting really weird, really fast...

HALO BEING INCORPORATED INTO THIS IS AMAZING! MY TWO FAVORITE PROPERTIES MERGED!
This was excellent, I loved it! As a Battletech fan, I would've preferred seeing more of my favourite setting worked in, but that's a minor quibble at most. Keep up the great work!
I heard the Emperor was born from a shamanic ritual in bronze age turkey. Probably near Catal Huyuk (or whatever that place is called), which was one of the first temples to ever exist, built before the neolithic
I love how it is presented from the Imperiums POV and in their lingo.
Now that i come to think of it...if no one else ever did such a video and i do believe so, you just might have made yourself immortal with it.
Jolly good job, i'd say.^^
edit: Shape out a parallel development of the societies on Mars and Luna. Should be both super easy and hella hard^^
edit4fun: Also, failed opportunity to add Star Trek as peak Golden Age era.
I hope you have a great weekend brother, keep up the great work.
07 and thank you for the comment
You don’t know how many times I have tried to fit different sci fi in warhammer 40k timelines in my head cannon lol
i never see the astartes reload their bolters or runout of bullets unless they are using tardis magazine's (or mary poppins handbag or even pym particle rounds like Hawkeye's arrow), i know xenotech is heresy but practically wouldn't you just use what's available like Spartan 117
Unfortunately, unlike Halo, just about every non-Imperial weapon in 40k is either xenotech or corrupted by Chaos. Neither are recommended for use by the Astartes. I'm also pretty sure Spartans would get corrupt too if they tried handling Chaos-tainted weapons.
I think the events that take place in the Dune saga could also fit the timeline as they take place around early 11th millenium, and they already have mastered intergalactic travelling, gene manipulation, they have nuclear weapons, a technological/ feudal society ruled by the great Houses of Landraad, and also they despise AI as it enslaved them many years prior to the events of the Battlerian jihad.
However there are no aliens in dune, I tend to look at these events as less history and more "stories" told or pieced together and survived way after the fact (after the dark age of tech and age of strife at least) they are fictional or mythology in nature often or nearly always not actually being 1:1 accurate and contradictory in nature, details or time
They are reconstructions after the countless burnings of the libraries of Alexandria aka societal collapse, technological and social regression and massive population death
Some are probably outright fabrications or so twisted as to be basically a lie, but all hint, relate and provide some truth of humanity's journey in the universe whether it's an historical event, era influence or something more thematic, esoteric or warning
This fictionalization and oral history/story telling would also explain why so many stories seem to take place on terra/earth or contain references to locations on terra when they all couldn't have possibly been earth and are more likely colonies
Everyone wants their story to be relatable, connecting and important and since they serve as a vehicle to remember and pass on history even if diluted many authors even intentionally or over time based these stories and tales on terra to always remember the home world and fit the trend of their contemporaries or by accident truly believed the location to be accurate as it was told to them
This is like the best ultranerd Warhammer fanfiction ever
I love how you wrapped the Flood into the remnants of the old ones
Halo lore does that but calls them “precursors” but the stories are shockingly similar
Fantastic man. Loved it. I was hoping to see Star Trek mentioned and subsequently get completely bodied by the Borg as a Men of Iron weapon or something like that.
Lol I thought about it but I felt culturally there's no way that society would emerge from after Halo or Starship Troopers AND while it would be funny to put them before, their technology is too far ahead.
I shall dub this the “Hell Yeah-Verse”!
Good job on the timeline.
Also there's a bot in this comment section. Help Banishing it.

OMG! This is magnificent. Pie charts and graphs are necessary!
Wow. You did a much better job than I did. I tried writing down each single event that would make sense, even adding medieval stuff like middle earth and Witcher. I made the AC's Esu the advanced prehumans in halo that were "devolved" by the forerunners. I got as far as the shadow of mordor games before I got burnt out
Im surprised no one caught hes mention of F.E.V from fallout. Thank you sir.
07
I did, when he mentiom "petty wars happened" and such then mentioned FEV, it makes sense that Fallout would be "glossed over" it would be a collective "we really don't talk about the first time we destroyed earth and had to terraform it back"
The Wasteland, if we were to go back to Fallout 1, it's actually tragic. The Whacky nonsensical stuff was meant to be a dark jest in Fallout 2, but Bethesda has kinda left the darker more mature tomes of the lore to the wayside.
However, the biggest achievement that would stick would be FEV.
In the grand scheme of time. 200-250 years of the "nuclear holocaust" is not _that_ long in the 40K universe. When really all it impacted was progress, not the Galaxy.
@@redcell9636 one other thing that would make sense to me that could carry over is humanity's lack of micro processors like in fallout maybe that could be another way to explain why tech is very bulky in 40k or even plasma and laser weapons being some of our first forms of meltas and what not. But it also makes sense to skip it in the main story cause it would be a fingernail of time compared to the rest of history. And really in 40k how many nuclear holocaust did humanity do to its self lol. Bring that up and people would be like ..... which one? Lol
Considering how 40k has always been a mashup of a bunch of different IPs, I've been waiting for a fan fiction like this. And it would make sense. Warhammer 40k really is just THAT far into the future that all of this can fit, albeit with minor tweaks.
I love how you made the Forerunners seem like some sort of forgotten hybrid of the Necrons and Aeldari and that the Flood and Necromorphs are the essence of the Old Ones morphed and twisted by the Dark Gods. It makes their virtually-impossible nature more plausible.
I'm also loving your fusion of Halo, Terminator, the Matrix, and Battlestar Galactica into isolated incidences of the same event.
Same goes with Destiny, Fallout, Mad Max, and Judge Dredd.
Which actually brings up some interesting theories. Did the Emperor whisper secrets to Doctor Halsey to create the Spartans since they're practically proto-Astartes? Are the Forerunners as even close to as powerful as the Necrons and Aeldari give that both species largely ignored them (Halo says they are but this fan fiction says they're not)? And are the Tyranids another evolution of the essence of the Old Ones, but without the influence of Chaos? Or are they some long lost experiment like the Krorks that spun out of control and now threaten the Milky Way Galaxy as a whole?
I would love to see if you can somehow fit the events of StarCraft into this as well. Maybe another story during the Age of Technology that ended with all technology lost, with the Terrans being enslaved by the Protoss or consumed by the Zerg. And it turns into another footnote during the Great Crusade.
I wanted to see if you could've expanded the role of the Predators too. Maybe their empire was relatively hidden or untouched until an expedition fleet arrived and a Space Marine Legion wiped them out.
Anyway, great stuff overall. I love it!
I think that the Tyrannids' will not relate to anything we know, even in this timeline, because of their extra-galactic origin.

I love this, how everything in this video could reasonably happen at one point or another with amazing, fluid, and quick explanation. Using Halo, B.G, and G.O.W to explain humanity's hatred of Mutants, A.I, and Xenos whilst bringing the specific hatred of A.I forefront in Bladerunner is something i don't think I could do.
Like the mention of FEV, Fallout and WH40k have a lot in common, like even those with powers are called Pskyers

This is an incredible unified sci fi timeline. Excellent job. I do have one suggestion - maybe work in references to Dune to explain how the Navigator Houses came into being.
Nice Honnid art of the Space Marine! Guys great at drawing!

Every series you mentioned in this,
I’ll never look at the same, awesome video!
I'd been waiting to see what would be a part of this timeline, and I gotta say, I love all of it - particularly the inclusions of Halo, Titanfall and Doom, among other game series. Very cool.
One of these will be more cringe than the other but both Battletech & specifically early Universal Century Gundam can fit into this. Newtypes were just an early form of Psyker that got culled by those who knew better.
you could integrate the living blue crystal idea, from SG1 s1 e6, the proto-molecule, even amalgamate the crystal powered stargates with the Expanse rings with the halo rings ( could add terrigen crystal from agents of shield abit of a stretch though )
Comment for the comment Gods and definitely not me on another channel trying to boost since its a lore video.
I wonder if the Firefly monstrosities are going to be in the two
This was EPIC...would not change a thing. Really well researched. So entertaining as a Warhammer 40k nerd. The Emperor protects!
This was pretty cool. I think you could work in the Starcraft story archs pretty well, too.
Also, mayhaps a nod to Warhammer fantasy, or even Time of Legends.
You could easily add *Fallout* to this -- the Sino-American War could be the first of what we now know to be multiple nuclear wars, and the earliest examples of power armor.
I’m gonna use fallout for the unification wars.

Dope video, and unique presentation. Should make the lore community take notice
This is an awesome idea and has earned you a subscriber!!!!
an ip that tangentially works would be Invincible? The shows even got a God Emperor Lite in the form of the Immortal, a caveman who is exposed to a magic meteor.
thank yoy for this conor, i love you creativity
Well done enjoyed how much they all flow together, was surprised however that Dune never came up considering how much Warhammer draws on it.
Lasguns, Navigators, a ftl similar to warp travel, Butlarian Jihad vs Men of Iron, cyber warriors, planets dedicated to creating super soldiers, perpetual clones, abhuman mutants, etc...
My favourite headcanon about 40k is that every post-apocalyptic scenario ever imagined has already happened on Terra at some point in its history.
This is amazing! Had a similar headcanon for some of these as well. Surprised Dune wasn't included since it partially inspired 40K.
Butlerian Jihad can be the war against the men of iron and then the Dune Story Line can be right before the Age of Strife

The starship troopers bugs could even continue on into 40k as the Q'orl an alien bug race that is near humanity.

Where is the spice? Where are my mentats Where is my noble houses where are my early navigators...Where is my dune?
im curious as to where and/or how star trek, star wars, and/or stargate franchises could or would fit into the 40k lore.
I don't know much about stargate, but star wars and star trek are too xenophilic and utopian. The stars are ours and ours alone, despite the many horrors of the galaxy trying to take it from us.
Also a double post.
You forgot Lethal Company.
Lethal Company fits in the Terran Federation/ Federation of Super Earth portion.
My headcannon is that dissidents, or lower tier citizens (if using Super Earth and Helldivers as a model)
Get sent to a planet to feed either a large Terminid/Arachnid/Bug that has the potential to do a lot of Damage to the universe. Much like Dormant/Old Hive Fleets that got lost on worlds (Possibly because the Hivemind evolved _from_ the flood perhaps)
You are not ment to survive "The Company" and going to old moons and planets in far reaches of the galaxy where failed colonies because of mutants, the warp, or xenos as a way to stow away "undesireables" from every wal of life.
What if the StarCraft timeline got added to this
I'm so glad you brought up Killzone man i missed playing the multiplayer on killzone 3 it was so much fun.
Nice shoulder pauldron!
The intro got me 😮😮😮😮
This Is great! I did think of something that could tie some things together.
Maybe the way humanity defeated the covenant and flood is by using the halo rings to sterilize a chunk of space. Then when the age of strife began, the human colonies in that region discovered that proto-navigators could use a spice to FTL travel. This Dune maybe?
Avatar is just some dodgy Alpha legion side project 😂😂😂
3:37 I wonder if there wasn’t any splinter group that was like “nah, I’d rather not.”
I would have inserted the Universal Union from Half Life but given how little we actually know about it is impossible to add it to the story
I’d put fallout earlier in the time line but it works remarkably well
