You are a master at self intuition 🙏🏻 I have been rebuilding this skill since 2020 and approaching workouts with the same joy, intuition, and grace as never before. It’s so refreshing to see a highly educated woman trusting your own instincts instead of the “experts” thank you for this video and chat❤
I don't take rest days either. Every morning I ask myself what activity or workout do I want to do today. With variety (walking, running, yoga, pilates, etc) we don't need rest days. And I actually recommend doing some activity everyday when people are starting back to fitness in order to stay consistent and motivated. Thanks for the video! 🙌
we are all at different levels on different days, don't let any gym teachers tell you what to do (my pet peeve now) I believe in doing MOSTLY what they say, but I should be able to tweak a little as I go, im not a hamster on wheel, im not a soldier in the army, and I'm not being filmed for a gym commercial, sick of teachers telling me to do their EXACT move.
I’m 52 also and have loved finding you recently! I work out like you do (do something everyday and do what I feel like and work hard) I watched your arm video last week and have been dedicated to doing it for 3 rounds everyday. Although I lift often with heavier weights the 3 pounders made me sore😊 You are inspiring me to take things up a notch. Thank you!! Oh and just like you I have had full cheeks my entire life and now at 52 I’m so thankful😂 Yes to being self centered❤
What fitness rules have you broken that worked for you? 💪 Drop a comment below and let’s share ideas! ⬇✨
I basically do what I want every morning.sometimes yoga, sometimes walking the dog every once in a while I ride my bike for fun.
Love this one ❤️
