At first I thought the song was just decent, but I personally wouldnt add it to my playlist. However after a third listen, I can honestly say I LOVE IT.
i prefer the dash title track and bsides more but they really need to start releasing acapella versions of their albums because some of the teasers sounded better than the actual songs😭
I also prefered Dash way more. I also liked Sonar and Run for Roses. Dash and Love Me Like This are the best title tracks of Nmixx. As those songs showcases their vocals the best.
I literaly preferred all the acapella versions over the actual songs HAHA like it gives the song a whole different vibe (especially red light sign but we go) I also loved Haewons part in Sickuhh but I was like yeah that is not gonna be on the official version 😢
This is my fav album from them and as someone who is not really into their music, I can say I really enjoy the songs. Run for roses is still my fav song from them but album speaking this is my fav
I wasn‘t a huge fan of the dash album and while I liked a lot of elements of dash itself the song as a whole just didn‘t blend well. I really liked see that on first listen and for the album, it‘s my favorite from them so far. The only song I don‘t vibe with is moving on but I absolutely love sickuh, beat beat and love is lonely and am listening to them on repeat!
I think See That? Is a grower but not because I’m forcing myself to like it but bc the first listen isn’t that straightforward of an experience, but the second or third time you can expect and love it
It did end up growing on me a looot, but It’s def not their best. It is hard to describe how I feel abt this cb HAHAH I really wish there was a “creepy” switch up. I think the switch up this time doesnt rlly feel like a switch up either. It sounds more different the more you listen, but first time it sounds like there isnt a switch up. Wasnt huge on the intro? It felt a bit lackluster. All though I love the bridge, it does feel very sudden and feels kinda off. I really do love the hums, and it was weird to me at first, but I started to love them, but I do wish it was placed differently I FEEL BAD NOT LOVING IT THAT MUCH TOO bcz NMIXX said this was the first time they think a lot of ppl will like the TT
imo the switch up is really obvious. Like they literally switch to country pop???? IJBOL…. I feel like a lot of people can’t comprehend when Nmixx does a Mixxpop song unless they literally scream “change up” or “nmixx” before it which is sad 😭 like just use your ears you don’t need them to tell y’all lol.
@@Slayoon IDK it sounded so similar to me the first time HAHA even though I expected a switch up with their yelling thing it didnt sound like a switch up
While the songs is good. I do think the songs aside from See That, are really like generic like you said. the songs could be for another group and they'd still be okay. it's like they just added some nmixx style elements to them. where as Fe3o4 Break is completely nmixx style songs. but they're still good regardless. Love is Lonely is my G
I feel like 304 Break and Stick Out are incredibly solid and some of their best music aswell as a good direction for them. I mean Break sold 750,000 in Korea which is Platinum X3 so yea:)
It's surprining how many people seem to not vibe with the title track. Everyone has a personal preference so I'm not going against anyone. But for me, it was love at first listen. (I didn't listen to any of the teasers because I like to go in blind). My favourite parts are the first verse, chorus and "switch up" part. In my opinion, this is also the song with the best switch up, it seems natural and not forced. Dash and Dice are close behind tho. "See that?" has been on repeat since it came out. I really like where their sound journey is going. It seems like the company and the members are finally finding their sound and it's nice to see. ♡ My fav bsides are: "Red light sign, but we go" and "Love is Lonley". I really dislike "Sikuuh" tho.
ohh I agree 🤭 I love that they are going a marked direction, there are some songs in their discography like love me like this or this other that I don't remember the name, i think it's a title track too, that have a different sound, typically the one that is trending at that moment, I like how they are finding their sound and fans that love it 🫶🏻🫶🏻
@@hyuncute Yess! :) My most listened to track of Nmixx is "Love me like this", and I think it's going to stay like that for a long time, but their newer releases spark much more joy in me. I may not listen to them as much, but they feel special, because they feel more distinct and more like Nmixx. I obviously don't know the members, but to me, they seem happier and more confident with their newer sound and that's nice to see. :)
I actually hear the opposite. I hear so much positive feedback which makes me rly happy, prob my fav tt behind dice. Sickuhh's outro rly ruined the song for me, the visualizer version was SO much better
I much prefer Fe304 Break as a album but this title track is better than Dash in my opinion. Conceptually this is very interesting too and I love the horror vibe. It seems like after PinkFantasy's disbandment more girl groups are trying horror concepts to fill the gap they left, first Everglow and now NMIXX. 😂
My fav part of nmixx is their unique formations in their choreography but this one for see that shadows the sixth person behind the center… it’s giving Kate’s eye debut where Manon was hidden almost the whole song. Other than the formations this song is a bop
For the latest Nmixx songs it´s always the same for me: 1. Listen: What is that? Very strange? 2. Listen: Ya, quite ok 3. Listen: Actually it´s quite good 4. Listen: No, it´s really good 5. Listen: Wow, what a masterpiece With "Dash" and "Sonar" it was exactly the same. The thing is, that their songs live only from their vocals. The instrumental is very minimal. They could do it acapella (and we all know, they can do this with ease) and it wouldn´t sound worse.
I was happy to hear SEE THAT? a lot but it needs a FAN MADE EXTENDED version because the Chorus is amazing, should add their A Capella part to this. I do not like the other new Songs. I like 8 of their Songs before this Album since listening to them all.
"See That?" Overall production As the title track is a huge let down from Dash. Dash embodied NMIXX but See that is lack luster. For an album with the name as "Stick Out" & referring to themselves as blacksheeps? The song didn't give that. Sure, the lyrics did BUT where are the surprises?? I was expecting A LOT for this song since I have this image of NMIXX releasing a song that consists of 2 or more change ups & not just 1 BUT See that didn't have any, that is literally still in the same BPM! The "change up" came in early barely giving any build up from the 1st verse & hook, the bridge was lacking, the chorus is an ok word play, the pre-chorus is also good but its missing A LOT of elements. I was expecting a full on rock, hiphop & phonk or maybe a little bit of country or jazz for the mixx genre's instead, I only got 1! Like in their previous tt's. The muffled base is my favorite since it really did elevate the sound of the music & the drums as well but its not as good as the drums in Dash & that synth too. I was just dissapointed at how lack luster & shortlived See that is. Although I can see it bagging at least 3 wins & a good portion of the gp to like it but it still can't be compared to how neatly arranged Dash is. With that said; 1.) Love is so Lonely 2.) Beat Beat & 3.) Sickuhh are my top 3. I hope the last part for the trilogy fe304 series will have more of mixx genres & heavenly vocals. I just hope that NMIXX will get their well deserved success for this cb.
Ngl, hearing Moving On is considered ppl's least favorite is kinda shocking to me. I fucking LOVED it on first listen and it's my #1 on the album! All of the songs are great. BEAT BEAT 6. Love is lonely (If I'm being real tho, my top 3 are all desparately fighting to the death for the #1 spot cuz they're all equally amazing XD)
I really don't love any of the b-sides yet but see that already grew on me substantially. I'm kinda mad cuz break is aoty for me after 8 months of the year. This release was pretty disappointing for me.
its really good but it doesnt feel like nmixx. experimentation is nmixx's whole thing, but usually u can always recognize the nmixx-ness of it. something about stick out just doesnt. i like the songs though. as an nmixx super fan but

Imo the title track was pretty bad I kinda expected something like a mix of Armageddon and dash but it disappointed, the instrumental was good but the lyrics were bad dash, dice, o.o, lmlt, poc we’re all great title track but see that isn’t for me
I haven't checked the lyrics so idkkk. but I get the same vibe of this song that in dash, but it's true dash chorus was sooo much good, especially because of the effects in their voices and background sounds, it's a repetitive chorus, but soo good
I prefered the Acapella version over the official version. I agreed that the lyrics were not good, especially in the chorus where they repeat the same thing many times.
I loved all of their previous tt but this one is just not from me. It's not bad but the song's first verse flowing into the pre chorus sounded very distant or I might say rushed, same thing happens with the second verse for me, it just sounds rushed, but the bridge definitely saves the song for me. I thought it might grow on me but it still hasn't so I don't know how I feel because i absolutely loved their previous tt on first listen
for me, there are previous title tracks that I don't like but this one fits my taste perfectly. I do agree that the first verse is the weakest part of the song, but for me it just goes upwards from that. and it's okay if you don't like the song, you don't have to force yourself, maybe you will eventually organically like it, or not, and that is fine 🫣⭐️
