black is ALL colors mixed together and white is the absence of all color. This cup is the presence of beautiful colors. : )
Holographic glitter for the WIN!
Black is definitely a color, but I was taught that in tangible things (like paint) black is the addition of all color. In non-tangible, (light) white is the addition of all color. Whatever it is, I love your work!

Turned out great. Especially with the glitter!
When using distress alcohol ink and alcohol. Ranger recommends adding a couple drops of blender solution. This makes the undertones come out. And it spreads better

Black is a “color” which results from the absence or complete absorption of visible light. It is an achromatic color, without hue, like white and gray.

I don’t think they will blend well but try it you always seem to have beautiful outcomes I’ll be watching 😆

Wow that tumbler is beautiful. From what I know, black is the combination of every color while white is therefor the lack of all color.
We need to do an experiment - would all colors combined make black or would it make brown?
Oh, and I think it's different depending on the subject matter. In light, white is the presence of all colors, that's why a prism makes a rainbow. Black is absence of color. But in paints I think it's the opposite.

THANK YOU PAISLEY AND DUNCAN!! I had a customer that wants a dirty pour using purple, green and gray! Eee gads... talk about a mess has to strip and pour it 4 times before it came close to anything I would offer her!! Then I saw this video.... Paisley picked the correct colors (I did add some white to the black to get gray). I never realized you could just paint alcohol ink on a tumbler! DUH, right! So today I did another tumbler with alcohol ink... anyway hopefully I can download both videos of the tumblers.... THANKS FOR SHOWING ME HOW TO BE CREATIVE

Man oh man! Just been viewing your videos. Been using my Silhouette to do decals, stickers and advertising...but thought I would try my skills at epoxy. I just started using epoxy (Tumblers, Globes and Tabletops). I am so glad I came across your channel. Besides being educational and informative. You make your tutorials fun and entertaining as well. Besides the tumbler community tutorials. Any other tutorial videos I have come across as of now...have had music in the background describing little to no steps. If they do describe ANY steps it is place on the screen and I end up pausing it to read the darn thing. Thank You So Much!!
