Stop using shampoo, use any of the 5 ways mentioned in the video to wash your hair for healthy hair growth.
Shelf life - Protein hair cleanser, Hair wash powder - Mix the powder and store it for 3-4 months. Add water before your hair wash.
Shampoo bar, Herbal wash - Keep the shampoo in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. To store it for longer freeze the shampoo in an ice cube tray.
Soap-free cleanser - Make it fresh or store the aloe vera green tea in an ice cube tray.
** You can also add 0.50 grams of Liquid Germall Plus preservative for 100 grams of shampoo to make it last for 3 months.
Caution - When you start using natural cleansers or hair ingredients to wash your hair, your hair might feel dry, rough or you might even experience hair fall as your hair will be going to a transition phase to get adjusted to the natural ingredients as opposed to the chemical ones from the commercial shampoos and hair products that you have been using. Once your hair gets used to the natural routine then you will experience healthy and faster hair growth.

I went off shampoo for an entire year and and saw amazing results, I like all your recipes, however does it remain natural if you are adding baby shampoo in it? The whole point of going to natural remedies is to avoid the use of chemicals, I faced the same problem initially for lather but soon discovered some natural ingredients that create lather.
Pro tip 1 : take 3 hibiscus flowers and 5 hibiscus leaves, chop them and add 1 cup water, grind and strain the leaves( it's important to strain as the leaves are difficult to remove from hair) .
Then use the strained water as replacement of shampoo in the above recipes.
Pro tip 2 : this is easier
Boil 2 glasses of water with 2 tablespoons of flax seeds powder, until it's reduced to half, strain it while it's hot ( it's becomes like jelly once cooled) and use as a replacement of shampoo in the above recipes. Completely natural. No shampoo needed.
    Your welcome 😀

Hey there!.. Great tips here. 🥰
As for me, I've been washing my hair with no conventional shampoo for over a year. I've tried a lot of natural cleansers and now I've come to a certain stable routine which I simply adore. I'm always using rye bread and raw eggs instead of a shampoo. For conditioning I love using rice water with lemon juice for having my hair cuticules closed and protected. And after a wash I slightly touch my wet hair ends with a little drop of shea oil + beeswax mix warmed between my palms.
I'm getting great hair days with my hair routine. My hair is healthy and no split, although it's almost the level of my butt.
I hope my tips will be helpful to someone as well. 🌹🌹🌹

How do you use rye bread to wash hair??

    • @EverybodyLovesMaria
      @EverybodyLovesMaria Рік тому +12

@@jimmygrif611 , hey :) It's very simple. At first I put my rye bread bites soaked in hot boiled water, then (some time later) add essential oils to a warm mass. When it's cool I add 2 raw eggs and mix it with a kitchen mixer (you could go without a mixer but it would clog your bathroom pipes - like - for REAL). Also it's better to let it sit for a whole night before washing your hair. Apply it on wet hair once or twice as you would apply a regular shampoo but maybe a little more intense scalp massaging needed here, with this natural remedy. Good LUCK! 🥰

I have been using the shikakai and Retha mix for most of my life, and have nice luxuriant hair in my fifties. Though, for the last couple of years I’ve become lazy and have been using herbal shampoos and conditioners from stores that claim to be fully organic, parabens free. But these have taken a toll on the silky texture that my hair used to have. Thank you for inspiring me to go back to my old routine. I like your aloe vera based cleansers too. Also handy is the trick to freeze the remaining shampoo in ice trays. It is tedious to soak and boil the ingredients every time I was my hair.

All the ingredients are good except Castile soap or shampoo. Only shikakai or Aritha powder is enough to remove all the dirt and oil from your scalp. I use oil mix twice a week and wash with Shikakai powder. It is as good as bottled shampoo to remove any tiny trace of oil. For conditioner I use aloe Vera gel or rice water. The times when I wash my hair without oiling, I mix Shikakai powder with rice water or with kalonji powder and I am good to go.

Can you suggest some home remedies for grey hair in young age ??

For the first one with aloe and green tea, I recommend leaving the mixture a lot longer than 2/3 minutes for hair fall. Ideally remedies like that should be left on for at least 2 hours but a half hour should suffice enough. I’m not trying to undermine your work but with my own research 2 hours min was always the amount of time but hey research could of changed it always does. Maybe it is 2/3 min now.

Thank you, I want to try that first one with aloe Vera. So should I rinse it off after 2 hours with shampoo or is this a replacement for shampoo and I should only rinse off with water?

Very nice receipts indeed. I am researching 100% organic shampoos (for me the castilian soap is not organic as caustic sosa is a based ingredient). I knew the soap nuts shampoo, but to be honest the results on my hair are not great at all, so still researching. To add value to this beautiful and generous video i will add the receipts i know, also 100% organic: i use to mix the soap nuts with orange peel or some fresh rosemary leaves (both organic SCI, it creates tons of foam). My favourite is the aloe vera SAPONARIA as my hair is super thin and straight. I mix aloe saponaria in hot water blendering the mixing (like with the soap nuts, hot water and orange peel or fresh rosemary leaves). I wait the mixing to get a bit colder BUT it is super important to wash the hair with the warm shampoo as the saponins are only active in warm or hot water. I am generous! at least 1 litr of warm shampoo in my hair. Finally, just a very few quantity of a natural shampoo to get the shining results. It could be the castilian soap for example. I remark: very very few, 1-2 drops. With this process i feel my hair much healthier and beautiful. Also, with the receipt of the soap nuts in hot water i also clean the whole house: excellent for windows, many types of surfaces... it is a great organic shampoo and a great organic house cleaner. Hopefully we can get a much better planet among all we love take care of ourselves, caring also the Nature. Do thank you for the video, i learnt new ingredients to experiment :)

growing up we all had these natural ingredients used by our mothers grandmothers and something i was trying and going to try is that for natural color its black tea somehow which has those properties when i noticed that tea pot i am making tea or sieving in leaves stains which are hard to take off means these natural fast colors should be explored in so called covering the greys..

I changed my diet and ate high water-content raw vegan diet, mainly. I had a big green smoothie every day, for health and healing.
My hair turned back to its original colour, which was unintentional tbh.
I have heard many ppl say this same thing, their hair ungrayed as they had big green smoothies and cut caffeine from their diet.
I did also not eat caffeine as I changed my whole diet.
Was a nice added thing that sorted out anyways, along with allergies and so on.
