Run idea: You start with keepers sack, every item room is “a dollar” (infinite money), and you can only get items/stats from the shop

A quarter would be better. And every non shop pick up is a coin
Yea I agree with quarter to add a limiting factor , with a dollar and chaos item shops it would just be an OP run the second you find a shop especially if it has a reroll machine
@@rekreator12e71 I like this, however if every item outside the shop is a coin, he might start with restock to allow bombs and keys to be bought in bulk.

Update on my actually attempting to play issac; I did a Bethany run today and made it all the way to the chest! My first time beat the chest and got the golden god achievement!
I love the fact that trinkets only are way stronger than the only devil deals run

I think the reason why lost soul buddy has brimstone is because of azazels stump, when you picked him up you were azazel so every room no matter what at least one of you will have brimstone and the other will have the "regular" ouroboros tears

I think that a cool random runday would be an every item is pills type run with blank pill. It would be so unlike Sinvicta and has the opportunity to do the same type of expanding series of them with items like luck-foot or all golden pills or horse pills or something.

@@sethsmith9363 I've fiddled with it and also came to the conclusion little baggy helps. Libra seemed neat but I think in the end it removes the trades on the stat down pills

Can anyone provide any insight on why kid's drawing is only worth 2 guppy items towards the transformation?
I think it’s because the golden trinket doesn’t have a double effect for the guppy transformation, but mom’s box does have the doubled effect. Or the other way around, but there’s only one doubled effect happening with it

If you wanted to take this one last step further, you start with rock bottom as well, the potential isn't scaling to the extreme but it still is something lol

You definitely worked for my like this video, making a rule for every trinket in the game is a test of patience that I am sure I would have failed

This run was nuts! Great to see it. :)
The effects are additive % so golden means +100% with mom's box is another +100%. The base stat is a 100% chance of another % e.g. the butt penny originally gives 10%. That is the 100%*10% of that item which is 10%. with golden+mom's box it adds 200% making it 300%*10% which is 30%. So yeh that is how it works, and yes the mod is already giving the calculated result from having both mom's box and golden trinkets.

Run idea:
Sinvicta has to start with 2 good items that he always picks up, 4 bad items he would never pick up, and he gets school bag and mom’s purse for 2 spacebar items and 2 trinkets. He has to have one spacebar item that he would never pick up and one that he would (excluding instant-death items such as the Bible) and one trinket that he would never pick up and one that he would (excluding Curved Horn and Cancer, and ‘M)
Using these he has to do 2 omega runs, one on a normal lap and one on a victory lap, back to back. If portals don’t spawn then he can teleport to the appropriate stage, but he has to do the stage normally and at least attempt to do the omega run as legit as possible. R key doesn’t count as an item that is needed (it would count as a portal not spawning and he could warp there)
Personally, I wonder what he would pick and what the run would turn out to be with double omegas back to back with combos of stuff that we never really see

7:52 seems like mom's box only adds one extra layer. curved horn is 2 damage, mom's box OR golden curved horn is 4, both gave 6. if it doubled, gold horn would be +8, no?
