Sin, I’m a long time viewer. You’re the reason I love this game, which I only started playing for myself recently on repentance. This was by far one of the best episodes I’ve ever seen. “Look at all the bonys” had me laughing. Thank you.
Expansion pack didn't trigger IV bag, it can only cause effects from chargeable active items. I think it activated dull razor, which also explains why Sin exploded in the womb stage, since he also had swallowed m80.

A new idea for Wacky Wednesday:
Start with TM Trainer, Start with "M" trinket. Mandatory spacebar item usage when available
Why ignore broken padlock on Necropolis 1? It just makes it so you can use keys AND bombs to open chests, doors, or the door to home. It's only an upgrade.
And the rosary beads on the third floor in the boss room.

Golden Trinket Video, with the passives you have now but also 9 Volt and Car Battery with Mom's Box. Alternatively I'd be interested to see a "All Explosions" Run where you use all the explosive items and trinkets. Fair to start with Host Hat but not Pyro.

I'd like to see every trinket picked up if you do it again. That said, I could go without a third.
A cool idea for the trinket endless nameless would be that if any character that picks it up that has a pocket active (ex. T Maggie’s heart) it would also give a 25% chance to not consume charges, I don’t feel like it would be too overpowered as not many charachters have pocket actives anyways
I do like the idea of the golden trinket run and a glitched crown and chaos run for wacky Wednesday sounds pretty wacky to me
I though NO! just prevented active items. Apparently, it also prevents quality 1 items. It's a diet sacred orb.

At 08:22 you did not dropped a trinket because expansion pack activated Compost, a 2 charge item that turn every pick-up in a blue fly or spider. That's why there's a spider right next to you.
At 11:49 you've activated dull razor.
the reason you didn't get a trinket at 8:20 is because extension pact activated compost and turned it to a spider

Could be fun for a Highlander Build - you only get one of each item type at the start (1 passive item, 1 spacebar item, 1 trinket, 1 card/pill). Restrictive like tainted isaac but you can attempt to craft your perfect run each time you try it. There's probably a variation of this you would like but it would be more a challenge run than a wacky run. I could see you taking ipecac, shoop-de-whoop, trickle charge, and emperor card. Alternative option could be shovel, card reading, emperor card, and curved horn. Curious what you would pick.

For the golden run, you should also give yourself 20 luck to maximize luck based trinket effects. And maybe car battery for mom’s box, but that might be a tad unnecessary.

Fly items only, psy fly and everything. All guppy items as well because they'll bring extra Flys with the transformation.
This was an awesome run! Next time you might ban a few trinkets, just so you don't get them accidentally.
