i´m not a 20 years experiance barista, but still I´ll never make a latte like that one, overheated milk with a lot of bubbles, he did not only rotate while tampering, he also put a lot os presure on it. finally he plays with the espresso as it where whisky or wine, i know why he is doing this, however he exagerates quite a lot! the art of the late is not good, however u can make a very nice latte without the art and thats not a crime, but this was not the case. heart was ok, swam needs more trainning. best of luck, been a barista is not easy and when u upload a video on youtube, hater will rise but dont let them bring you down, keep on doing what you love any barista in the world know this. greets from brazil.

I guess it is because it is such a simple procedure that everyone single person is an expert and there aren't any real thoughtful ways to engage with content other than nitpicking. The rest of the espresso community, however, is pretty cool and helpful.
Italians have lots of bad habits which is compensated by very tolerant coffee that contains a small % of robusta. It will always look good but will not necessarily taste good.
Cold.. underextracted shot... cold, badly steamed, too much foam, trying to make a latte out of a cappucino XD , took so much time i was expecting AMAZING OMG I WISH I COULD DO THAT, coffee. yet.. no was sadly disappointed. xx

Wey fratello i miei genitori hanno avuto il bar per trentanni e io ci lavoravo pure da ragazzino fino a grande quindi diciamo che un po il mio mestiere,comunque io non mai usato du recipienti per fare un cappuccino anzi io in una riscaldata di latte ne facevo 4 di cappuccini,poi il vero cappuccino non e così perché la schiuma deve galleggiare sul caffe in due strati sotto caffe e sopra schiuma vellutata senza che si veda il caffe sotto ,e poi i disegni si fanno solo col cacao o con il top, e un altra cosa un buon banconista non aspetta che scendono le bolle della schiuma di latte raffreddandosi ma la ricompatta lui stesso non aspettando che si raffredda un po 2 min perché il cliente non aspetta 5min per un cappuccino
Cos’è sta merda sconsigliato a tutti che lo vedono il latte non deve mai riposare il caffè non si deve mai toccare ne prima ne dopo la stampatura e l’errore più grande quello di non mischiare il latte con il caffè in tazza dopo 3 minuti si vede la schiuma staccarsi dal caffè questo l’hai imparato il fai da te altro che latte art
