the guy who played him in that game, Len Carlson, was a veteran of the 6ix's voice acting scene who'd been around since the 60s...he was the Green Goblin in Spider-Man '67, Sen. Robert Kelly in X-Men TAS, and even Buzz in Cyberchase.
