Honestly I’d genuinely say 3! I need one of those boxing rigs SO BAD but ive used plenty of equipment like it and after a few minutes in Level 2 I catch a real good stride and hit Level 3 territory quite sustainably! Very proud to say this!

Good luck. Be careful not to get injured, I got a frickin neck spasm from not knowing how to exercise. Tried to do neck bridges till my neck got sore but it was a bad idea
Good luck bro. Just take it slow and focus on technique. If you have good fundamentals that killer instinct will follow and with those fundamentals you’ll have fewer openings. Don’t rush to be the best it’ll only hurt you in the long run. Best if luck
