This one is for Julia or more specifically Julia's mom: If you enjoy both Gregorian chants and Metallica there are some cool Gregorian chant versions of Nothing Else Matter on UA-cam. Also this statement reminded me of Therion's Secrets of the Runes. It's more Nordic chants meets metal, but I thought I'd share since I know it's a pretty niche combination of music styles that are so epic and powerful when used in tandem.
What a contrast with Gregorian choir singers and SCREAMING, HOLLERING, NOT SINGING bands like "AC/DC" and "Aerosmith"! Gregorian have truly artistic and harmonious voices that give good credence to the quality of their singing, and not the junk band style of hard core "heavy metal" bands, many of which imbibe horrific, satanic themes and overtures.
These monks and the band are amazing.
