I think it's one of the best design ever we'll done..
the big smile in the beginning always makes me happy!
Jaime’s energy is infectious. Such a good dude to be around. Looking forward to the first vid of you using this thang!
I love that Dude!
Tiff is a beauty
One of the best Tacoma builds out there! Good job, George!
Thanks John!
Congrats George. The rig is looking awesome. Can’t wait to see future content on how it performs.
The setup just keeps getting more dope man. Congrats brother.
Thanks Phill!
Saw this coming as soon as you did the canopy + tent combo.... Made no sense! This is wayyy better.
It is!!
Truck looks great George! Great run down of everything included Tiff! 👏🏼👍🏼
Me too! I love it 👍👍👍👍
Congrats on getting the Canopy camper! Are you going to build it out with a fridge, heater, storage in the bed area?
Thanks man, yes we’re working on something now, hoping it’s done around may or so, I’ll continue to post updates
Really like the set up just wish there was an option to keep your tailgate.
I just got my canopy camper installed this past weekend. Only thing I'm disappointed with is they didn't wire it up not even the 3rd break light. So I have to do it myself. Could you please make a video of how to wire the canopy camper. I am some what a hands on person but wires scare me lol
That’s is a loaded favor. There are so many possible ways to wire it up. Easiest is direct to the truck battery. Simple with a fuse and block. Then to alternate batteries , alternate batteries and charging systems etc. then talk about different gear. We ourselves have two flexible solar panels each 180watts, 1 portable panel 150watts, 200ah lithium, and running RedArc components with the manager 30/ Redvision. Not a difficult install but with the simplicity and features you sacrifice budget. Meant to add think about using a rear view camera system like the brandmotion. It changes out a rear view mirror to a monitor and adds a extra camera. Allowing to you to see through the camper with a rear view mirror. We use their system ourselves and the 813 fab mount with our factor my cam as well.
I would get it in a heartbeat if I didn’t have to lose the tailgate so I’m thinking of getting a canopy with the rooftop tent like what you had before and just live without the standing space. Do you ever miss your tailgate or backup camera?
I cannot imagine placing a camper on a Tacoma. This platform is among the most underpowered trucks on the planet; plagued by an anemic 5-speed transmission that can’t find the right gear for its life. Overall great look & design, but to each their own.
I’d have gone with a Ram 1500 or Ford F-150; most likely yielding better mileage & utilization of space. The only downside is the ability to traverse narrower trails, but most people with campers are not exactly wheeling them either.
What’s a setup like that cost that is a great setup
How is the door working with the 35 inch tire?
Is there a ladder for the sleeping quarters or do you just hop on?
No ladder. I used a pelican box to hop in
What leaf pack are you running?
Deaver stage 3
How many gallons is that water tank?
50L or right over 13gallons.
Hi great rig .what is total price
Let’s not go there 😂
@@bustabeatgeorge for those of us seriously interested in these amazing campers, please do go there. 🙏🏽

The canopy camper runs about 10k plus installation. Fully outfitted upwards of 25-30k depending on options. Best to talk to a Alucab dealer and discuss options.
