4. How to Chart notes?

Hello and welcome to Dentulu.
Today I am gonna show you chart notes for a patient. First login to app.dentulu.com and click on login above Dental Professionals. Then login above Dentist. Enter your email and password and then click on Login. Once you're on dashboard you'll see my patients on the top, click on that. And you will be redirected to patients list. Click on the patients list you want to chart notes for. You will see here clinical notes. The right side of the screen will show all the notes that you've added for the patient. If you want to add new ones click on add. Here click on Asynchronous or Synchronous, enter all the information needed. then click on save. Now you know how to chart notes.
