- Marvel Crisis Protocol is the miniature game by Atomic Mass Games. In this very special edition we cover the newest Ultimate Encounter added to the game: Infinity Gauntlet. This mission sees Thanos, Chosen of Death, having collected all Infinity Stones fighting off the last of hero resistance who have ambushed him in one last effort to avert disaster.

The Thanos ultimate encounter is INFAMOUSLY difficult, but very fun. I'm glad to see your attempt at it
This game went just like how infinity war went. Hulk did nothing thanos just riddled his way through everyone didn't even need his companions. I've been looking for a channel that does good crisis protocol contacts so I missed are watching from the beginning.
Thanks a lot for the play-through! I’ve been waiting for someone to demonstrate this scenario. I was hoping the throne of Thanos would’ve been used in the scenario but it does seem to be just a visual piece and never used in gameplay.
Yeah it is a shame they throw in a huge hunk of plastic with limited use as table dressing.
We did Asgardians and Cabal team and defeated Thanos on Normal model. It was tough especially on his flipped side where he starts summoning members of the black order as minions. MVP moment was red skull playing the card/power (I don't have it in front of me for the name) That allows re rolls on a single target for a turn. This allowed the Crisis teams to have Thanos flipped by the middle of turn 2.
All that... for a drop of blood.
Dang, Thanos is terrifying in this scenario.
That was a stomping by Thanos.

OMG... I hope you did make some errors as Thanos was... Inevitable!
One error: the two times he had 4 Suppression tokens he should have lost one die on defence rolls. It would not have changed the outcome but may have made him stomp even harder by flipping to his wounded side and getting some Black Order to help out.
@Flik's Tabletop Gaming Yeah, I checked through the rules of the Ultimate Encounter and found the same. I’ll just have to make sure l’m Thanos when we play the scenario 😃.

I believe the win trigger for damaging the Amplification Modules only comes at the clean up phase. So your hero’s could’ve still saved the day.

the only thing I noticed that you did or said wrong was that it actually only takes 4 or more damage to trash a module. If you repair it back to 3 or less then it is functional again. IDK if it would have helped since it kinda favors thanos unless you guys just didn't understand that you could fix the modules once they are broken. IDK.
That was the Infinity War fight all over again. Sure you managed to damage him a bit but he mostly just roflstomped the teams. I feel like those suppresion tokens need to do more. Like, if he has three of them, he loses the rule where he reduces damage. Something like that?
Im sure that for every 3 suppression tokens there is on a character , they reduce all their defences by 1
When Thanos is dazed, does it work like a regular MCP match? For instance, if he's dazed early -- will the crisis team be allowed to activate nine characters before Thanos is back up again and on his injured side?
Na “All That For a Drop if Blood” triggers at the earliest opportunity so if he is dazed then when he would get an activation that would bring him back.
The only thing I’m not sure on, since it doesn’t specifically state this, is if when that rule triggers he also flips his card then which would trigger his rule for starting to spawn Black Order.
@@FliksTabletopGaming That's exactly the same question I had. I was playing, and I wasn't sure when Thanos would actually flip..if "All That For a Drop of Blood" activates as soon as he would otherwise be dazed.
I guess he must do otherwise he’d never do it.
Flik's Tabletop Gaming There is a new Errata that adds “Then flip this character’s card over to the Injured side” to the “All that the drop of blood”.
Glad they cleared that up.
When Thanos reduces damage from enemy effects does he reduces the damage from bleed?
No. Bleed does not count as an enemy effect.
Is there a Game mode where you have to stop Thanos from getting the infinity stones?
There isn't

Is this that scenario that comes with him? i think its co op right?
Yes, this one only comes with him. Also comes with both versions of all the stones and all the scenario cards needed.
I'm not sure you did the amplifiers right think you have to get them to 5 cores before you can use them? That how we played it. Get it to 5 then you can use as many as you like to put suppression tokens

One per turn (so 3 per battle round) which is in effect until another is.

Any in particular you mean? Thanos comes with his throne.

Look up Black Magic Craft on UA-cam. He has tons of tutorials on how to make them
