Hey lady! How do you do your splits for legs? Thank you for this info it really helps
the hip abduction isn't just awesome for the glutes it also strengthens your waist and people who have a sedentary lifestyle because of their work enivornment do believe me they need to give this a shot for sure. Since the Smith machine was mentioned, the Smith machine should be given more credit, especially if you are a beginner or not so advanced in the gym and I am of the opinion that it enables you to focus more on triggering the muscles without having serious risks of not performing the exercise correct because of ego of putting too much weight on the bar and perform front or back squats. Train smart, you will still see progress. I haven't given any attempts on the hack machine so I can't speak for sure. God bless you thanks a lot

What advice would you give someone who is just starting out with welness physique goals but a busy life? I'm a mom with a full and part time job. I have been bodybuilding the past 4 years but fell off after getting pregnant last year
