You are 100% correct. You need to track everything you do. I use a Garmin 945 watch it tells me how many hr I need to recover is a big help. It helps me design the right type of workout for me.
You’re 100% correct - my top 5 as well. Really applies to men and women. After that I would only add that as women it would be beneficial to have our hormones routinely checked. We all need estrogen, testosterone and progesterone at proper physiologic levels plus proper thyroid and adrenal function to perform our best. Ladies, if you’ve been on the birth control pill for any time realize it isn’t bioidentical hormone and it can mask underlying hormonal problems. In fact long term use of birth control pills can also adversely affect your own hormone production - particularly testosterone which you most certainly need even as females. Excellent summary video!
Water, electrolytes and breathing is also key. This is an important review of the basics that are often overlooked and taken for granted.
