Cleet the MOF withdrawals are tough man I gotta be honest. I'm so hooked on the daily uploads
Agreed!
It was my evening toilet ritual
Dude forreal!! It was my morning routine while eating breakfast!!
Add in the Facebook adds for old videos. It's a tuff time to be alive. Need that cleet fix daily
@@EcrGarage Let 'er rip tater chip ?
Cleetus: “Don’t try that at home kids”
Me: dammit I was just about to take my 2000hp el Camino out on my 1/4 mile drag strip to make a pass. Lol
Cleetus showed his mad driving skills, keeping Mullet in the lane and not scratching up the paint, so happy to see you and Kevin teamed for Mid West Drag Week makes for great content, best of luck for this week!
Its good to see Kev back on the crew
Yep those were some great driving skills keeping Mullet down the middle and still gets the most out of the 1/4.
That’s definitely not a radial track man. Don’t sweat it too bad. I’ve raced there a ton and it is never the same always different each time!
I was sort of thinking that the track being near water, essentially at "sea level" if you like, might mean that it would always be a little moist in places and not as consistent. Probably makes for good weekly series racing, as you have to master the track as well as the car.
Thought that track looked familiar
They need to scale the car. Bet the bias is way off. Too much weight on the nose. Pretty tough to get a high HP radial car down a non radial prep track anyway.
Shit !!!!! That truck is nothing but traction lol (you drive the fuck out of it lol)Ole cleet would shit himself goin down the track on 2 wheels in that s-10 ...shes a bad mamajama. Do you plan on going to any Cletus and car events?
Yo Billy - help 'em out man - give'em some tips on making that suspension work! Playing with the boost ramp is just one small part of the whole tune up.
"You're car's rolling" "We don't need it" I haven't laughed that hard in a while, thanks for the video good luck out there cleet!!!
“James get the left wheel chalk”😂
“At least it didn’t spin”🤷🏻♂️
I like how Cleet had to point out that the Camaro giving him a jump, was a 6 cyl 🤣
Straight called him out on it too!
And I believe he said he had to get jumped by f150?
Lmao what a jerk 😂😂😂
We all do it. Just in our heads! “Awe, why a 6 cyl dood” I say to myself driving my 3.9 Impala 😂
Why he do him like that 😂
That peddling was sketching me out I can’t imagine the feeling driving it please be careful my dude I’m glad you’re a bald eagle specialist 💪💪💪
Add in Kevin as a co-driving Tuner, and no Cleetus, it does not get any better than having a builder, Supreme Tuner, driver, and all along good guy along for the drag and drive ride! 1st May be yours for the taking soon. It is not how you start, it is how you progress and if you survive alive to the last pass.
I love mullet and it’s honestly impressive how smooth it is going down the track, even when spinning. But watching all these tame passes makes me pumped for the return of Leroy!
Let's go LEROY. HELL YEAH BROTHER
@@larryhall6416 yeah dont listen to that its a scam my guy
@@luc1ou538 I turned him in to UA-cam authorities
It helps being so long and kinda heavy lol
for real a mid 8 in leroy is like a tiger in a hurricane, a mid 8 in mullet pedaling the whole way still looks smooth
Just got done watching you in Morocco, I won’t spoil it, but want to sincerely thank you for taking a couple seconds out from packing your chutes and snapping a pic with my son. Made his year brother. Thank you.
My son and I watched him yesterday at Edgewater and my son asked him for a picture during the chute packing too. Haha. My son's week was also made.
I live half hour away and wished to heck I could have been there.
Honestly Kevin’s such a great guy😂He’s a hell of a person to have on your team
🤣🤣 he’s a goof
Ur killing it cleet, I’m glad u didn’t expect to switch ur setup to a big block and do 6s first couple passes. Working through the issues is what the experience and knowledge is all about. I’m sure by the end of the week ur gunna have a PB for mullet and be grinning from ear to ear. 💪
21:38 It's amazing how with all of the success Cleetus has had, he never loses perspective on what makes things good in life.
Money and Pussy?
I remember when Mullet was supposed to be a jet car with LS! Evolution has been sweet!
Yeah, I was thinking maybe they should have left a couple inches of the stretch in there for big tires. It was stretched a lot then un-stretched.
I’m glad he didn’t build the jet car. Too dangerous.
@@kevinsellsit5584 if I recall, they got a new El Camino to build mullet out of after they stretched the original one.
@@Kmadams_97 this is the OG mullet
Thank god that didn’t happen I was not looking forward to someone getting hurt in that thing
When you see him get sideways at 100 mph, you can see In his eyes the exact feeling you get when it happens.
Kevin: “Hey, your car is rolling!”
Cleet: “eh, we don’t need it!” 🤣🤣
My favorite comment! Idk why but that was hilarious
Mullet has always had an attitude, just got bigger with the new engine lol. Ty Steve Morris 🤙🏼😈👍🏼
Love how mullet is going almost 200mph like it's nothing
I almost KNOW he’ll see 205 this week…do ya think Mullet is a 210 mph race car now?
He should be past 205 mph easily he’s on low boost averaging 180+🔥
That trap speed on "low power" is S I C K!!! When this car is hooked up, WATCH OUT!
Went 205.7 today ;)
@@webb4252 was that the 7:01 pass? Or did he get into the 6's now?
Once Mullet is dialed its gonna be a rocket ship. I can't wait. Good job team. 👏
The guy in the background walking by with a Mullet after Cleetus says turned it way down, that man with the Mullet is in the right place !
I love the mindset. You gotta race the track. In motocross that is everything, because you might have to run a 10 or 20 minute moto, and the track changes every lap. This is the mindset that will get you to the top of the class. You can have all the power, doesn’t matter if you can’t put half of it down.
Good analogy, BRAAAAAAP!!
Very true its all about adopting to track conditions
Cleetus to mullet-"how you doin ole girl?" You're gonna have a hard week brother" 😂
He hasnt looked close enough to determine the gender. 😆
It depends on the angle of the view. Mullet is a man up front, but all woman in the back.
Only Mullet can decide its gender.
Even with the unpainted doors mullet is such a beautiful unit 😍
Must say, Cleeter is turning into an amazing driver, seeing Mullet misbehave with traction etc, cleeter just has it all under control. Amazing work, Mullet is a beast!
When we transported our race bikes (WSBK) - we always put shock limiters into the fork (prevent shocks from "working")
or bikes were suspended on the frame (like a car on jackstands)
you will get a lot of unnecessary stress / workload on the shocks by transporting it like you do
I wish 🤞 I could make this the top comment 😔..lol..from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠
ur right
I was going to post ^^^this^^^... All vehicles go through WAY more wear and tear during transit (other than say, off road or trophy trucks/cars).
An extreme example is when Darrel Gwinn's TF chassis BROKE on it's first run after riding across the big pond in a ship to Europe (without any supports under the chassis to keep it from flexing)... He got paralyzed because he didn't have his arm restraints on, in the car but his accident (chassis breaking) was bad enough to make the other TF teams either block or air bag support they're cars when traveling...
They make an inflatable airbag kind of thing it's a round circular disc you put it somewhere under the car to take the load off the suspension so it doesn't bounce up and down. Maybe a big car like this needs to one at the front one at the back. Real race car shop sell them. I just mean they're mostly used on race cars.
Those 315's giving Mullet that "party out the back" look.
yeah but this track is in bad shape. he does much better at the next one.
Business in the front, party in the back
@@austinfrye1324 I'd say this things all party at this point 😂
@@Matty.Hill_87 my dream car! ...from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 🤠
Mullet lookin THICK 😍
Keep the cameras rollin! You guys rock, good work. I can't wait to see the little guys win drag week
Life isn’t the same without hearing “MONTH OF FREEDOM!!!” I miss it already.
Cleetus is such an amazing driver. The way he knows how to peddle it to just keep some kind of control. Big block life is insane
I'm guessing it's a bit livelier than my Prius.... ;)
I hope if Brent isn't doing Rocky mountain race week with his son or himself he's your passenger because it's cool to see Kevin and Brent with you for each event they normally go to it's great content and a great helping hand and passenger for you
I cant wait to see sho nuff swinging up at the competition. Its a lot of car, piloted by a hell of a dude, and backed by a huge squad of knowledgable people.
So you hope Brent doesn’t do race week with his son so you can have something better to watch? Little selfish don’t ya think?
Kevin is going to be Garett's co-driver this time. And Jackstand is going with Dr.tunemall as his.
@@timmartin6324 "*If* he isn't doing it with his son". We all love Brent working with his son, but if they don't make it for some reason then he's a great copilot for Cleeter.

Kevin - Hey your car is rolling

cracked me up 🤣
It’s so crazy to think of how you started this channel and now your are hitting 200mph runs down the track. OG follower right here! Helllll yeaahhhh brotherrrrrr
I know it's tough rolling with all the punches but because of that this channel has been so educational. You learn from mistakes and I appreciate you being so open about everything.
On a good track, with that new engine, once dialed in, Mullet is going to be even more of a rocket! 🚀
Needed the scramble at the back half lol good job cleet can’t do much else with that but hopefully the next track hold the rubber and you’ll be in the 6’s
Love these drag and drive series. Mullet looks beastly with the new engine and will be hella fun to watch. Good luck brother!
I think it’d be cool if Cleetus added a foot camera on his in car pass footage just to see the footwork sometimes. Maybe trial run
That would be cool for drifting
@@jeffgayzose8129 yeah it would, it would also be sick when he drives Leroy. Now that I think about it mullet would be uneventful lol
@@dannygomez2006 he didn't have to clutch with Leroy before not sure about now though
It's an auto, he only has to use one pedal, would be pretty boring.
@@acherontiaatropos1 yes he did. He only did the clutch less shifting a few times and he messed it up by touching the clutch once
It's crazy how much improvement cleetus has made over the years, and yes I know the event he is in is based off time . But I remember when he was pumped to get a 7.89 .
Can't wait to see that boy Leroy letting the eagles scream . Also mullets turbos sound so good 😏
Honestly, the track conditions probably did you guys a favor by slowing you down. Gave you a chance to really shake Mullet down after that swap! I cannot wait to see this behemoth on a good track!!!!
As a welder I’m being tickled in all the right spots watching that titanium change Colour as run time goes on
Awesome job guys! I love watching you and Kevin work together!
When I saw how tight the bigger tires were when you I stalled them, I was worried they would grow and snag the quarter panel like that
Same
This is the content I absolutely love to watch. Awesome job guys!
This guy is getting very good at driving , his cars and crew are awesome as well ! Keep it safe , speed is a killer . We all want to see more ! Thx for the vid. - Ken
Those big 315s look so good under the elco, excited for this week. hope the weather and tracks get better so Mullet and his new big block can shine!
Don't feel bad Garrett I've been to that track many times if it's really hot or after it rains even if it's prepped it's like a no prep to be honest I can't believe how high you mile an hour with all that spinning and power being taken out by the traction control nice job considering it was completely new setup tires and a shit track.. I'm a full second slower there than I am at Bradenton in my fox body
What's it like when it hasn't been raining?
Matty Hill Drifts Asking the real questions ..
8.27 at 187 after having to lift 4 times is not bad.
Is the timing board always missing some lights? Makes it hard to read.
@@SMAAirAssault Yeah but that was almost ALL back half. If you can't hook on wastegate with those tyres and that car, it's a poor surface. Even if temporarily.
Rolling through the two lane roads, all the greenery, yes, thats living the drivers good life. Thanks for sharing your views.
It’s called torque! Welcome to the big block world!!! Can’t wait to see what you guys do!

I’ll give it to Cleeter. I couldn’t handle groups of people standing around and watching me while I’m trying to troubleshoot or fix something. It drive me crazy.
Right i get nervous when my wife hangs out and watch me with simple DIY around the house.
You get used to it.
I saw his set up at street car takeover Charlotte and it was the first time I saw the crowd he gets in his pit. I didn’t even go near it, got second hand anxiety just looking at it from a distance
Easy when they keep their distance. Face in your work is where it gets annoying. Imagine safety, GM, project manager and more standing around watching you work. With confidence it's easy.
I’m a novice is Mullet doing the G Body shuffle? 🍻🇺🇸🤙🏻
Made it down thru there.
I love it.
Reminds of my old dayz as a kid. Love ur channel.
Hell yeah brother
It’s great to see the work in progress that is mullet. Can’t wait to see it on bigger tyres and turned up more down the line.
Cleet's drifting skills coming in handy while going 7.92 at 194! That's terrifying. 🤣
"Got to race the track."
I'm glad to hear you say that Cleetus.
Good luck this week!
Man I'm in love with this type of event, I think there's nothing better than that, getting to know your car in and outside the track, exploring places and racing everywhere, damn I really gotta get to work
I appreciate all the work you put in to get us excellent content. I’m sure we don’t see the half of it but keep up the great work brother.
This guy never stops working bro respect to this man🤟🏻
Hell yeah, seeing you get busy on the wheel reminds me of leeroy days! If he's not running ill take this! Nice job in the end!
A great first day, we are routing for you guys, it's better to be safe getting her dialed in, can't wait to see the progress. Stay safe, she's a beast...
Nice going guys. It’s got to be frustrating as hell knowing you have a 6 sec car having trouble running high 7’s because of poor traction issues. Keeping my fingers crossed.👍👍🇨🇦
Thanks for consistently putting out some quality content brother. You da man!
Good to see Kevin again. I wish he was around a lot more. Like. A lot more.
Support his KSR channel. He does really good work.
Kevin fucks everything up. Mullet is 0.03% kevin, 80%new and 19,87% from motion racework. Kevin can talk. Ive seen alot Kevins in my life. Kevin sucks.
Kevin is more than 2 hours north of Cleetus. But I'm sure he wishes he was around more. It's impressive they connect often as they do. Kevin has kids, a business, and gas ain't free.
@@michaelscott-joynt3215 Agreed and I think Race WEEKS more than make up for not going to Bradenton more often...
Kev has his own successful busy business to run, can't be pulling him away from that all the time.
This drag strip is across the river from where I work. Was hard hearing them racing all day while I was working. Made we want to leave all day to go watch.
Dude! Ya'll livin the life!!! Keep on, keepin on. 👍
I thought the car was pulling soo hard to the right on launch that was causing the car to unsettle. Obviously it has something to do with it because the torque-twist cracked the windshield. I figured Kevin would have his suspension cameras on and he would be able to see the problem on launch.
I’d like to see Mullet put back on corner scales and see if there is any difference now compared to what they had before the wheelie/track slap.
The one new tire? I have 0 drag experience but I'd change both rear tires at the same time...
I’d bet the window cracked when it tire shook during that pass. It shook like crazy.
@@sickboyracing3 You and Route 222 might be on to something here. I hope not tbh, we all know what a wheel stand like that could do to any chassis.
Agreed. Also if you look in a few of the shots you can see the carbon doors are up into the back of the front fenders.. I think that wheelie did more damage then they are letting onto.
8:23 I absolutely seen that coming last week when y'all stuffed the bigger meats!
I've been there too, tore off my now big dollar chrome wheelwell moulding on my A-body. Cut them off down low with cutoff wheel and continued to go rounds! This is after stuffing a much larger tire like you did here.
I won my class at that event so the poor wheelwell moulding was worth it!
Later I went back and carefully "clearanced" the offending edge of the rockers by the cut, move around a little, then weld it up method. I added about 1inch per side and never scrubbed a tire again.
Just shows you how well Bradenton's drag track is step up and maintained. The Elco sounds great! awesome video!
How seamless the big block transition was is a testament to Kevin's skills as a chassis builder. Car only needed a header change and it was ready to go
Love seeing Kevin back working on the car
The art of the bad track surface tune is an illusive beast.
Edit: God mullet wants to eat so bad, that big block is hungry!
Man watching these videos again, after knowing what this car is capable of its damn impressive how much you guys have improved and how much the David Tech traction control box works compared to the old traction control.
Dude I feel your emotions at the end of every drag race! When something happens to the car I get as pissed as you do and when it had a great run I’m jumping out my chair. Great content.
I know the track is sketch as it has been mentioned, but big boy car needs a nice long big boy burnout. im just hearing a little screetch at each short burnout most times. dont let that front wheel carry out that water. Go Cleet!!
Great advise
Everyone that runs a 3 sec 1/8th on 315s would disagree.
I was thinking the same thing, to me it seemed like a tame burnout, not something that would heat that thick rubber enough to really hook up an keep grip.
To much heat gets tires greasy and hurts more than it helps.
Hell yeah brother so happy to see the whole crew out there on Midwest drag week! Go Mullet go!
I’m glad it’s ol boy cleeter and Kevin the best duo imo!! Can’t wait to see Kevin work his magic with this thing!!
So stoked to see Kevin back co-piloting mullet with cleetus!!!! Hell of a fabricator, hell off a holly tuner, and hell of a good dude!
I'm liking the look of that florescent green reflection down Mullet's side when you staged...
The green sort of ties in the carbon doors and silver body... 🤔😁😁
Cant really explain it, but it looks very good to me.. 🤔🤔😁😁😁
Almost looked like a JH diesel sticker lol
I noticed that too, but the current palette is iconic
Kevin is the man for looking mullet over so fast and getting out there. Good luck guys!
You got this Cleet it's a new combo don't fret! That thing is gonna scream ! You guys will have it worked out in no time!
I think I watched that Willys/trailer burnout about 5 times hahaha great job guys can't wait to see more from the chronicles of Kevin and Cleeters road trip. Have a great week fellers
When she hooks Cleeter’s eyes get wider it’s hilarious 😂
“Oh shit” visualized
That’s the G forces pulling the skin on his face back
That 2nd run and 187 mph with all of the re-accelerating is impressive!
Awesome to see you genuinely happy cruising the elco! hope you can really get after it this week mate
With the right conditions mullet most definitely will be doing 6 second passes. Can't wait to see
Ol' Cleet is getting more and more Ford friendly. Sometimes with age comes wisdom 🤣
How can he not be ford friendly? He has more Fords than any other Make.
He has entire races with Fords bro.
And a Ford truck as a daily.

We just got a 2022 Ranger. Not a big Ford family. We don't have a real brand loyalty. But that little thing is awesome. Not a race truck, but pretty damn snappy. No one else had anything like it for the money.
You guys gotta save all the successful tunes in a file format like Track/Conditions/quarter time. Just hit the dial when you get there.
I find it hard to believe they aren't doing that already.
Good luck out there Garrett. Hopefully you and Kev are able to get Mullet figured out and make some damn good passes. 💪🏻
The only thing I thought when I saw that sock was “CLEETER WHAT ARE YOU DOIN GET YOUR FOOT OFF THE DASH” 🤣🤣
I can't wait to see Mullet on a well prepped track.
no one is gonna talk about how Cleeter straight up mogged the dude with the V6 camaro to his face lmao, I'm crying that was so funny
Tough break on the track prep car looks awesome
Heck yeah!!! When your at the next checkpoint tomorrow, the one in New Carlisle Ohio, I hope to see ya. We're building the pad for the new building they are adding on. Good luck cleet.
I think cleet is spoiled by having the house of hook right down the road. he keeps setting his cars up to hook at Bradenton and not a lot of tracks have prep / conditions that good. Maybe try hooking up on the street? build a test spot at the FF that has a terrible surface to work on 60's?
I think the car is driving to the right and hes getting out of the groove
can't be using the entire track surface when you're trying to put down 1800 hp
@@wesbuilds5293 that’s a fact lol
