Testing the Harbor Freight Survival Kit Is It Worth The Money!?

Today we will take a look at the new Gordon survival kit available from harbor freight. we will address most every item included in the kit to decern wether or not we feel they could be useful in a given survival situation. some items in the kit are defenately more useful than the others. some can be put into the more or less gimmick survival tool category. the kit could have some potential but in my honest opinion there are items i would remove and replace with more practical useful items. the box allows for a decent amount of water resistant storage and a starting point for a basic emergency kit.

The whistle has to be lipped just right- your top lip must cover part of the big hole - I blew it that way and it was very shrill and loud - it took me a while to figure out
