- Today I am presenting a special traditional chicken curry that is very popular in Indian mountain regions. This curry is cooked with lesser spices so that the chicken flavor can be relished more. This curry is eaten with simple steamed rice known as Bhaat. Let's get started with Pahadi Murgi Bhaat.

Tomato gravy bhi add hoti to sahi hota...khade massale tomato gravy ke sath hi grind kar lena thik rehta hai and don't add cumin in chicken powder form is ok.

Ashish ji pyaaz sirf pees k padi hai baki sab to wahi process hai?. Pyaaz pees dene se tel bahut Peeta hai aur pise pyaaz ka taste utna achha nhi aata

Dear Brother. I am also Ashis. ❤️ From Odisha. I like your different recipies. But I think it will not taste so good as the chicken is broilor. And this has no taste. This masala is exclusively best for Country Chicken.
Wats d difference in pahadi or country murgi? Is the breed different or it's free range chicken? Chicken from poultry farms where all chickens are kept in cramped spaces injected with hormones tastes like cardboard now.

Is mai pahadi kya hai? Ye toh normal chicken curry hai. Kasturi methi toh aaj kal daalte hai… it is not an authentic pahadi recipe…. Pahadi chicken is simple and includes local ingredients.. like bhang dana, faran, jakhiya… and the masala needs to be prepared on sil batta. Iss recipe mai you used none.
