Yes. In fact, its a modified azeri national dish. Usually made from lamb instead of ostrich and without corn.
Including farm raising exotic bird species for food.
That was no ostrich. Ostriches only have two toes. That bird had three. Not an ostrich. Also, whatever it is/was, it is not a species native to the country.@@vladcrow4225

what makes me subscribed to this video is the everyday realization that God never ceases to love us. He has prepared everything for us. Shelter, food, natural air, sun & water, livestock that we can eat. We just have to take care and culture it so we can use it to survive. Living in the countryside is peaceful and there is an abundance of everything. I love it❤

I'll never be able to visit this beautiful place but, seeing it interspersed in shots between all of the methodical food preparation is one of the reasons I love watching this channel. Not to mention, half of the time the food being prepared is so exotic it's interesting watching you cook it. Ostrich basically looks like how you roast any chicken only bigger which is hilarious.

There's just something so beautiful and special about cooking, specially if you're cooking for other people. I haven't done it in a while because honestly nowadays it's almost as expensive to cook as it is to order food to your doorstep (unless you're cooking for a lot of people), not to mention the hassle of cleaning afterwards, but watching these kind of videos makes me want to try out new recipes and cook again. ❤😄
